New to kefir by  willows  7 year  797  Kefir Grain I just started making kefir and have a question. I have made two batches so far but don't have enough milk to make more today when my last batch is done. How should I store the grains until I have more milk tomorrow? Thanks! Add To Favorites! You can leave it at room temperature, but you can also put it in the fridge to slow down the fermentation (if it's going to be awhile 'til you get new milk). Add To Favorites!
