I've been taking one to one and a half teaspoons of coconut oil twice daily and I feel sick about an hour or so after taking it and it stays. Also a strange kind of headache that comes and goes. When I have to swallow the oil, which is still solid and so its a bit of a lump to get down, I almost bring it back up. Just thinking of the stuff makes me feel ill. Should I keep taking it and will it pass???? So far I'm not sure its worth it, and yet I believe it is a healthy supplement with great potential. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
