WELCOME!!! Words of advice....... Dicipline, perserverence and patience! The first few days maybe tough (fighting the urge to give up, detox symptoms) but they DO get easier. I'm on day 9 (can't believe I've gone this long!!!!) - Feel a little tired, but not more than I normally would after a long day. I may go a little longer past the 10 days - maybe make it a two week fast. Don't want to drop too much weight though - have already dropped 9 pounds, although that wasn't my main intenion for doing this. It was to help with a rare skin condition I currently have. I'm seeing a few postive signs with my condition but think I need to continue to see it all cleared up.
Good luck with your MC! You can do it! Just keep yourself busy and try not to focus on it too much otherwise you may be likely to give in. Just think of all the positive it's doing for your body! Keep reading and posting - everyone is always willing to give an encouraging word.
