unless you feel sick i wouldnt worry about laxatives. they can disrupt your natural balance and intestinal strength. another thing you could do is an enema.
usually psyllium husk is used along with Bentonite
clay. i havent read on the flax seed one.

when you are using that stuff make sure you drink a lot of water because it sucks up water/moisture and can make you constipated if you are not drinking enough.
