Hey everyone, I thought I'd post after I actually had something to post, since I kept caving after day 1 or day 2 before, and i mean "binge" caving. Anyhow, I have successfully completed 3 days of fasting. I was going for water, but I got sooo hungry I ate raw veges...no fruits, since i wanted to get my body into ketosis. Well today is day 4, and im trying to really do water only. The first day was horrible, i think i had the worst headache ever! The second got better, and the third better than that. It is true that once you are in ketosis your body really prevents you from being hungry. So these are my results so far, I know some of it is water weight, but its still motivating.

congrats! its totally ok to have veggies (raw) on your water fast. its actually better because your metabolism wont slow down as much and you have some nutritents and salts and fiber running through you. that keeps your moving out stuff and is safer that a plain water fasts. you sound toxic from the headache and quitting. so next time you think about quitting have some veggies raw for a bit and then hop back in for anouther 3 days. this would be an ideal and safer cycle to do.
you dont have totally ommit fruit either. you will still burn fat. you dont have to go zero carb to burn fat. its actually better to have a few for long term weightloss. that way when you start eating again you wont pack on the pounds as easily.
i really notice my s.o.'s appetite to be supressed when in ketosis. either through fasting or diet. you still will get cravings. but thats part of the detox process. i always get a craving right before i start to feel like i am going to have a BM. so i start having a juice and follow it with lots of water and once its out so is the craving.
