Friday night I did my 6th flush and it went well, lots of green stones out. Something I have been noticing is my moles are beginning to disappear. I have some on my face and more on my neck. A few pretty large ones on my back. The other day I touched one that was on the side of my face and it just fell off. Others, the the big ones on my back are getting smaller, alot smaller and others have just disappeared altogether. Just wanted to let people know and thought these are just some exterior things I'm noticing. How many good things are happening inside that I can't see!!
Wow, that's very interesting. I wanted to ask, how far apart did you do the flushes? Did you have any health problems before you did them? Have you done a parasite cleanse? That's a very intersting and unexpected result!
Generally I did the flushes 2 weeks apart, this last one was only one week because I was experience slight pain in my lower back since the last flush and I thought maybe some didn't make it all the way out. The only health problem I had was high cholesterol which was at the top 280, now I checked it after this last flush and it was 201. It has been lowering after each flush consistently. The high cholesterol was my reason for doing these flushes but I have noticed other benefits such as losing a few more pounds after each, only had about 10 more pounds to go, and my skin looks better. Yes, I did a parasite cleanse before I started the first flush. The moles going away was an unexpected benefit because you know how them seem to multiply and now they are receding. I'm now going to do The Master Cleanse and see how that works I'm hoping for some skin discoloration to go away (from taking anitboitics and being in the sun, they aren't kidding when they say to stay out of the sun)anyway, I'll find out if it does and it can only do some good.
The thig I do to lower cholesterol and return blood pressure to normal in 4 to 6 weeks is this.
Every night a hour before bed Drink 2 tablespoons of ground flax seeds mixed into 8 ounces of distilled water, then right after that take 1 1/2 ounces of Whisky.
While you rest the Alcohol cleans the excess fats and cholesterol form the arteries, heart and liver. Before the Flaxseeds leave the stomach, the Alcohol has passed through your heart for a good while, and the fats it emulsifies are now very thin and in the liver.
When the Flax seeds make it into the Duodenum, the flax oil triggers the bile dump and a big quantity of those emulsified fats and cholseterol are then dumped onto the Flax seeds which adsorb and whisk that excess right out in the next morning.
Doing this it takes only a month to lower cholesterol levels to normal. In 6 months my blood pressure of 134/84 returned to the level it was when I was 17, 116/64 with a resting pulse of 60 beats a minute.
But that will only help remove Duodenum stones, the Liver cleanse is still the best to really clean out those pesky stones, which I prefer to think of as Liver Pearls.
If you never have read any thig on the benefits of moderate alcohol consumption check this website out:
And using fiber is about the best way to absorb and delete exess cholesterol from your body, since almost no one gets the recommended 25 to 35 grams of fiber a day, it makes sense to add it in the form of healthy ground flax seeds.
Hi Epicstone,
Very interesting post.I'd really like to try this but I've never tried whiskey yet and my tolerance for alcohol is very poor. Can I substitute anything else or use less whiskey? I'd really like to lower my cholesterol naturally and get off these darn statins.Thanks.
Surley.
Did anything happen to the moles before they fell off? Did they get hard, get red around the egdes, turn into scab looking sores? Or did they just "pop" off?
I have a mole right now that recently turned red around the mole for days and then turned into a scab. It's tender but rough feeling on the outside. It looks/feels like I could just grab it and yank it off. Is this what happened to you or maybe I'm dealing with something different, like an A-typical mole and possibly skin cancer? Thank you.
It looks actually lighter and smaller, but still hanging in there. I don't think it's going to last much longer. I could have picked it off, but I was afraid to because I've heard of moles turing into cancer. I put peroxide on it and it dried up. I will probably have to do another flush to give it a real send off. First I'm doing the Blessed Herbs cleanse people are going nuts over in the Bowel Cleanse Forum and then I'm gonna do another flush :) Wish me luck! :)
Congratulations on the success of your liver cleanses...
It is great to hear about the added bonus of moles dissappearing.
I was wondering what your diet has been like while you were doing the liver cleanses....
