Have been doing liver flushes about every 5-6 days six times in a row. Still seem to be moving lots of bad stuff except the last time was less.
Question:
1)How often (every day, once a week etc.) is it best to do liver flush.
2)How many liver flushes in a row (2,4,6, any amount, etc.) is it safe to do?
3)Do you believe it is good to stop for a couple of weeks to let the stones shake loose or move down, then start flushing again. Or is it better to keep flushing continuously to keep those stones moving?
MH said every 3 to 4 days is okay. For 3 flushes.
Dr. Hulda Clark says every two weeks untill you get roughly 2000 stones out and your pain is gone.
I did 4 or 5 flushes this last year and got a lot of stones out. I think I will do 3 more flushes as MH described, see what happens, and then be done with the flushes and stay on a clean non stone forming mucous free intake.
Dr. Clark says wait 2 weeks between flushes to let stones from the rear come in front to be passed.
MH says wait 3 days between flushes and flush a toal of three times because I think he wants to get a flow or momentum going to get all stones, gunk and mud out in a shorter period.
Both ways seem right to me. I think it depends on the results you get, the preparation you have done and your individual body.
Hope MH adds more light on this too
If your not looking, I suggest 3 total liver flushes. They can be 1-2 weeks a part. If done correctly, I don;t see a need to do more. You can do an many as you like, I wouild wait 2 weeks apart after the first 3. I suggest a method that keeps stones from reforming, there for there is no need to flush them again. Naturally if you don't obey a simple method, then yes, the stones will reform and clog the gallbladder and the need to flush again.
