Perhaps your diet is causing a hormonal imbalance. In fact, if you eat a Standard American Diet, it is almost certainly a major part of the problem.
If you are truly desperate, then you will be willing to take desperate measures.
Stop eating all meat, dairy, eggs, and cooked food of any type. Switch to a raw diet.
Granted, this will take some time to do should you choose to do so. It will require you to do a lot of research to obtain the knowledge necessary to live this way. Becoming a "raw foodist" is not just a diet, it is a lifestyle.
I became a vegetarian a year ago, and switched to raw food about 6 months ago. More specifically, LIVING food. 90% of my diet consists of only 2 foods: oceangrown wheatgrass juice, and oceangrown sunflower sprouts. That is ALL I need in order to have excellent health. Everything else I eat is for enjoyment. The longer I eat this way, I more I simplify my menu. I used to make lavish salads with 10+ ingredients. No longer. Simple, clean, and satisfying.
If you make at least some of these changes to your diet, especially giving up the meat, dairy, and eggs, I would be very surprised if you didn't see an improvement.
