Tension headaches in the mornings by  leptir  7 year  939  Headaches I get headaches in the morning, just as i get up i get the headache around my scalps, behind the ears and little bit down the neck. Has anyone expirianced similar problem? Can someone give me some suggestions on how to get rid of this problem. Thank you Add To Favorites! Reply   FCK   TinyMCE   sands Notifications Agree Disagree   Re: Tension headaches in the mornings by  marz  7 year  820 hi! i woke up with daily headaches for almost 30 years. i started doing two new things at the same time, so i'm not sure which, or if it was a combination of both, that stopped my headaches! i started taking a whole food supplement, and also started drinking lots of water. so possibly, i was very dehydrated, or it was the lack of good nutrition. but for whatever reason, it's been five years and now the only time i wake up with a headache, is when i've had a few alcoholic drinks the night before! lol i also haven't had a cold or flu since starting this - so it might be worth a shot! good luck! ~marz~ Add To Favorites!
