I tried the Liver Flush for the 1st time yesterday. Didn't do the parasite cleanse priorly, but did have a very strict raw veggies and grains diet for a month. I did everything by the book, no food after 2 pm (except I had a bit of apple juice cause I felt dehydrated for some reason), then Epsom Salts at 6 and 8 pm. Didn't feel any kind of effect from either one, so I proceeded on with the oil and grapefruit juice at 10. By the way, oil mixed with grapefruit juice is very easy to get down. Especially if done fast, the whole thing wasn't nearly as dramatic as I pictured. Easy cleanse to do. Except in my case I didn't get any results whatsoever! Not even a bowel movement till the day after around 8 pm, and even that after I had some cabbage juice and then some veggie soup later. Either my body got so hungry during the month of dieting and just gobbled up whatever I put in it, salts and oil. Or my feeling dehydrated had something to do with it. I can't see how a body can carry out a cleansing function if not enough fluid is present in the body. All in all I have this feeling of "I don't know what happened" about this cleanse. Does everyone know to stay well hydrated or has some other trick for the success of this operation? And if anyone has any clue at all - what did really happen?
i hope by now you have figured it out. this does seem to happen the first time. i think the body uses the ingredients. there are many that think one of the benefits from doing The Clark Flush is the magnesium from the epsoms. i hope you have done several more by now.
btw, nice post on the oxygen forum. this is a great place.
