To those candida sufferers who use vinegar: (this post is NOT to debate vinegar pros and cons, so if you are a completely anti-vinegar person, please don't start the debate here - thank you)
When you take a decent dose of vinegar, say a tablespoon all at once, do you find yourself all of a sudden having a lot of thick mucousy saliva in your mouth? I do - every single time. I'm not sure if this onslought of thick mucousy saliva in my mouth is coming from the stomach where the vinegar is now sitting, or is being produced by my mouth, or what - but it happens every time I take a decent sized dose of cider vinegar. I end up spitting this thick saliva out several times over the next half an hour, so I don't swallow it.
Some may say this extra gunky saliva production is the result of bad bugs being killed off, and some may say that this is the acid of the vinegar cutting through and loosening mucous that was alread there... I just want to know how many other candida sufferers experience this big, gross saliva thing when they take vinegar.
