Hi everyone, I posted in Liver flush, but this board is so active, and since I've been reading for a few weeks, I feel like I am starting to recognize whose answers I trust and resonate with me the most, so maybe some of you guys would weigh in.
Last tuesday am, I woke up with a lot of pain in the upper right abdomen, right under my breast. That whole area hurts in general, but in particular, there's this one spot that's VERY tender. It even hurt to breathe too deeply at times. It hurts the most first thing in the am and going to bed at night, but seems to be getting better overall, no major differences after meals etc.
So the big question is, what is it? Theories:
--I had a yoga class the night before, and we did some deep stretching of the chest so I was thinking I could have pulled a muscle.
--I've had an awful cough so my husband thought that maybe I broke a rib during a bad coughing fit
--I remember I had a weird gray colored BM a day or two before this happened, which I noted, but did not worry about. I don't believe I've ever had one before, and I don't have regularity issues. This of course points to gallbladder issues, and the pain seems to be in the right area, though nothing radiating to the back.
It would seem odd to me to have a gallstone attack as I'm only 33, in good heath, good diet (not SAD, but not a raw diet either), but I also did a MC
in August, so maybe that helped create stone issues?
Lastly, I was 2 weeks into humaworm parasite cleanse, which I stopped taking for a couple days to humor my husbad who badgered me to stop, so I did just to see if it stopped the pain. I don't think that was the cause, and I'll prob start up today and finish (unless you guys think I shouldn't). BUT, I did pass all fluke-type worms the first week so I actually posted here before, asking if I should flush before the parasite cleanse was over to get rid of any die-off in the liver. I had this odd, dull pain, not too intense or anything, across my whole front, right under my ribcage. The person who answered said I should wait so I have.
So, I lean toward a pulled muscle or the gallbladder theory.
If you all think gallbladder, is there some way to figure it out for sure? If I take a dose of epsoms, and it goes away, would that be indicative, and I should flush right away? Or should I just prep all week with the apple thing and flush next weekend? Or should I just wait and see if it keeps subsiding on its own, and do a LF
in 2 weeks after the humaworm is done?
Thank you for any help/advice everyone!
