Hi,
I finished the humaworm and in the last few days after finishing my skin literally exploded in what appears to look like teenage acne! Should this have happened at the beginning of the cleanse or at least sometime during it? I'm not sure what is causing all of this but it's driving me nuts because I have no clue what actually brought it on other than it started right after I stopped the humaworm. One very large cyst on my nose, two on my cheek, one of my lower cheek and one on my chin. I mean these are not little pimples, well there are a ton of those too, I mean a ton like I am going through puberty again. I'm too old for this...= (
Your body is probably expelling toxins - try dabbing some tea tree oil on then with a q-tip in the morning and once before you go to bed. Don't over do it with the tea tree oil, or you'll burn your face off - it's powerful stuff.
It will get better, don't worry!! A bentonite clay mask (buy benotite clay at your healthfood store, take a scoop and mix it with water to form a paste) mixed with a few drops of tea tree oil slathered in your acne areas will help too. Try the mask once or twice a week - though take note the mask may make things look worse at first because it increases hwo fast the toxins draw themselves out. That's why you don't want to do it more than once or twice a week :)
Also, I was thinking... maybe try going to the sauna, everyday if you can for 30 minutes (15 minutes in, then take a quick shower, and go back in for another 15 minutes). Sweat = toins leaving your body. My naturopath recommends the sauna to everyone for expelling toxins.
Yes, I picked up some tea tree lavender combo to put on the areas and I did an enema because you had suggested that in anther post I had posted. I just want the last of those toxins out! LOL. I'll drink apple cider for the next few days and take it easy on my body to help boost the flush out. Now i have never done an enema before, how often should one do this? Is it necessary to do this every so often or only when parasite cleansing? My stomach is much flatter..lol. I guess it wasn't so bad. Could be the massive amount trying to get out of me was causing some of this too because my colon was pretty full considering I felt like it was not.
Thanks!
Just do an enema every couple of days until the skin clears up - 2 or 3 times per week. I only recommend enemas when the bowels are very backed up and compacted on a normal basis. Some folks do them quite frequently during a cleanse. Then wait at least 90 days and parasite cleanse again.
Japanese traditional medicine says the cheeks represent condition of the lungs, the nose represents the condition of the heart, the nostrils represent condition of the heart valves, the lips represent the condition of intestines, above the lip reflects conditions of the sex organs, and the chin reflects conditions, problems or toxins in the sex organs, above the nose between the eyes reflects the condition of the liver, under the eyes and ear lobes reflect condition of the kidneys.
Acne cysts on cheeks and nose means toxins and micro organisms in the heart and lungs are being cleaned out.
Oh thank you! I was so worrying that my intestinal tract was causing the break out. You see I have internal scar adhesions that have attached themselves to my intestinal tract on the pelvic floor and was thinking it's still not moving right even though it seems to be. Okay on the nose and cheeks, that makes sense if I had some serious infestations in those areas from having pets for many years that I never thought to de-worm them and would clean up their messes frequently without gloving my hands even though I used disinfectants I am sure whilst cleaning litter boxes when I had a cat and bird cages when I had birds may have infected me and I had them all these years. I do have two doggies now but I keep them pretty clean as far as de-worming them and I never clean up their room or kennel without being protected on my hands and feet.
Again, thanks for the information, it calms my worries about my intestinal tract. I am still massaging it and taking the enzymes to lyse away at the scar tissue and it does feel there is much more freedom of movement the last month. I am in the midst of opening a new retail shop and have worked long 12-14 hour days for the last 4 weeks only taking sundays off and haven't had any real pain in my lower pelvic area and hips that I normally experience. Some mild low back pain but I am sure it is from standing all those hours. lol. Almost open though, two more days! = )
Thank you and yes I do wish I could sauna daily but don't have one at my home, I do at my cabin but I am not up there enough these days but I have been sweating like a warrior from the amount of physical work I have been doing the last month, not as good as a sauna cuz I can't shower off when I'm done right away but at least I am sweating real good. I picked up some tea tree oil with lavender for the skin and applied it last night and this morning, I also put some colloidal silver on it. I think I read it on the zone here that someone put this on breakouts. Today it appeared to be healing so much better.
Thanks!
Magic, what actually stopped the breakouts was I started using herbpharm tinctures to rinse with, I put a half dropper of each of these in warm water and rinsed my face and patted dry with the towel, it worked like nothing else that I was trying, it actually cleared it up really well. I used Spilanthes Usnea, Wormwood, and Rue Fennel. That's it. In fact I should post it to the acne forum for those suffering because it actually worked like a charm. I suspect the cleanse triggered something and it was going gangbusters whatever it was trying to escape my body and so I'm thinking those herb tinctures killed them off, it dried up and flaked off for days but first the inflammed bumps would shrivel up like a prune, itch like crazy, dry up and flake, gone. Very strange behavior for acne, so I suspect it was parasite related. Who knows, perhaps much of what is acne is actually parasite related activity for all we know! = )
Yes, I used herbal tinctures by HerbPharm--Spilanthes Usnea, Wormwood and Rue Fennel. One dropper of each into a quarter cup of warm water, pour on freshly cleansed face and then pat dry. You can then take the Spilanthes straight tincture and dab it right on the breakout. That's all there is to it. Works really well for some reason that nothing else was actually clearing up, the other stuff I tried was helping it somewhat but not getting rid of it like these tinctures did. You can take these internally as well, although if you are on humaworm I wouldn't take the wormwood unless you wanted some extra strength for a few days, I don't think it would hurt anything. Good luck and if you think to try it and get good results I would like to know and a ton of people would as well. = ) Two results are always better than one. lol
I think I might try it. Are all of these herbs anti-parasite herbs? (is that why you chose them?).
Any irritation from them?
I have these red papules that pop up and itch when my skin gets oily, not sure its acne because they can go away in a day and then come back in new places, also never had acne itch before like this.
oh and how long did it take to clear? Do you think just using the Spilanthes would work as well without the other herbs?
So these pimples didnt have any "heads" and no puss or anything came out-like typical pimples?
thanks again!
Sure, I don't see a reason why you can't try just the Spilanthes Usnea as it has I believe four herbs in it. It seems to be the one that gives the most reaction in that it stings and itches but the others don't quite do that (probably means it is working better? lol). Apple cider vinegar is pretty cheap too and it works well on blackheads but I am not sure it can kill parasites deeper in the skin. I just got to thinking about that after I read the posts on ACV killing parasites in raw meats and on veggies but they are soaked in it and it wouldn't work to soak the face in vinegar for twenty minutes, that would not feel good..lol but you could wipe it on with a cotton ball. I think the tincture is strong enough to go deeper in the skin if the skin is first warmed up with a hot damp cloth and the pores opened then put the herb on it. I just read last night somewhere you can put the tincture on the skin full strength if it can handle it so you could potentially by pass putting it in warm water as I suggested in my earlier post and get a quicker effect (?) It takes a little longer to heal but I think the reason behind that is it is going after the root cause rather than topical.
Yes some of them had gunk come out of them and one of them that was huge you swear it was a boil but it never had puss come out, all that came out was this round pearl like egg, it was gross! That's when I got paranoid about what was under my skin and typically I would have thought it was a breakout of acne but truth to tell I think most people would consider it acne which makes me think a good percent of acne is probably parasite related.
It would be interesting if someone could do a study and have these things checked out. I know there is a mite that people are bothered by but personally I think the mite is just a small picture of the whole issue. My thinking is on the line of that there are always mites everywhere and normally the body can deal with them with a healthy mantle that covers the skin but when parasites are under the skin causing trouble the mites are given the opportunity to cause trouble so people are trying to deal with a mite when it is probably not the mite in itself if there wasn't a parasite below the skin undetected causing weakness on the mantle.
If that makes any sense..lol
Yes, just pouring it on but no don't rinse it off, just pat dry but first wash your face with a gentle cleanser (Nurtibiotic is what I use and it is a nice cleanser, not greasy, not creamy, nice and foamy but extremely gentle and leaves no film, I am sure you could find something just as good as this if you can't find this brand)from the organic store with no chemicals in it, so clean your skin with fairly warm water to get the pores open, rinse well, and then have your cup ready with the herbs in them and pour over your face but close your eyes! LOL then after about 30 seconds pat dry gently do not rub because that weakens the skin giving them more strength to invade and that is what probably causes inflammation which is typical of acne sufferers, wanting to scrub and almost always it gets worse. Then it probably gets angry from being disrupted from running it's cycle & burrows deeper. I am not certain on this all but it makes sense to me. And if you think about how acne is always described as "cyclic" up times and down times and it is probalby just the cycle of the invader (?).
I do think they are onto something on this forum that could actually eradicate a host of other issues people are suffering from...lol..seriously though if we look at some of the posts that are being shared about parasites causing sooo many things, this is probably just the tip of the iceberg we are all discussing and discovering. And yes, I believe clothing carries a whole lot of them..I recall one year I was really ill and everytime I would try something on at the store and pulled it over my head my face would turn bright red and get welts and bumps on my neck, chest and face...I had NO clue what it was other than I chalked it up as a chemical in the fabric so I quit trying on clothes and would wash them first before wearing them but now I have found that drying sweaters and jackets things like that and then putting essential oils on a cloth and running them all over the garment works and I never get that red inflammed bumps like I was getting bit all over!! what a world in which we live...lol.
