I am a little late on this discussion, but thought I would ask anyway. Tsetsi, where did you get this "Easier Way to Flush"? (EWF) Is there anything to support your findings? As with all the other cures on this website, I can find them on other sites on the web and read further on them, but I can find nothing on the EWF. I looked forward to your response. And hearing fromm anyone who has seen results with the flush or has any knowledg of it.
Thanks
It's been a while since I've written anything on curezone. I did this flush for I think it was a week or so during the summer time when I was able to get fresh from the chicken eggs. I wouldn't do it otherwise. I did it just the way Testi recommended for the procedure and the results were just like she said except for the vibrant health (probably takes longer). Not that it didn't help, actually it did. I found it an easy procedure to do (I like easy) and I did feel very tired for the first hour or so (just like she said would happen) and then wow! lots of energy and wholesome feeling. Why? I don't know, something to do with getting the liver clean and productive for the day I guess. I have no Gallstones giving me grief anymore. I've been feeling terrific for three months or so. I've done most of the alternative and easy to apply procedures for liver cleanse. I don't particularly like the traditional liver cleanse, yuk, felt terrible. Tried it three times and decided I will stick to the alternative cleanses. See my previous postings from when I was learning, to see what I did. The only thing I do now is the coffee enemas (my favorite procedure because it's easy with fast results)and watch my diet on the most part. I do eat a protien fruit shake with all kinds of healthy stuff in it (definately an apple)every day. I also drink apple cider vinegar with fresh apple cider and water. There you have it. Try all kinds of things for good health. Variety is the spice of life.
I just started working full time and am on my feet all day so I can't be tired for the hour or so after taking the mixture. Other things seem to be doing fine on keeping me clean and healthy. So I will do this mix if I find I really need it and am on vacation.
I have been researching the whole liver flushing process for about 6 months now and have been afraid to try it. I found this whole thread and figured it sounded less scary than drinking Epsom Salts so I gave it a try. The first night I did it with the lime juice. I had to take very small sips because I HATE lime juice, but managed to get about 1/2 of it down before I threw it all up and gave up. The next day my elimination had a very strange long white line along one side. Not sure what it was but it was VERY white. I found that interesting because I didn't think I'd actually ingested enough to do anything.
Second night I tried again with orange juice. Much better. No problem getting it down and keeping it down. No enema though. Never done one and am nervous about that too... Did have a rather large elimination but no diharria, or anything unusual.
Last night I couldn't do it because I'd eaten too late. Drank the mixture this morning when I woke up and no drowsiness at all. Still considering trying the enema later today. I bought one, but haven't had the guts to open the package. I've got some of the Colonix fiber so I drank that about 2 hours after the flush material. That way if I don't do the enema at least I've got something helping the stuff along out of my system.
I'm going to keep doing it. We'll see if I have any improvements in my appearance or health. I think I'm going to try 1/2 orange and 1/2 lime juice next. I wonder if that's ok?
It sure is interesting how people react diferently to food. The lime didn't bother me at all but for you it made you sick and hardly able to drink it. I think the lime was an important part of the mix (reread the messages for the explination) I don't remember exactly put something about the acidity in the lime compared to other fruits (lemons, oranges) I'm not sure. Anyway, be brave about the enema, truely is a good thing. I was nervous too for the first few times. But now its a piece of cake and I look forward to laying back for awhile and relaxing while the coffee does its job of emptying out the bile ducts. This is important, because the enzymes in the coffee empty the ducts so that the liver has room to put fresh bile into the bile ducts, thus cleansing the liver. It explains it better somewhere else where it talks about coffee enemas. There are other kinds of enemas, but this one actually cleans out the liver (because of the bile ducts). Hope this helps to encourage you.
I read this thread last week and I decided to try out this flush. Just to give you a background, I've done only one GB flush so far. I used lemon juice, some honey and olive oil. No Epsom Salts or ornithine and no pre cleanse with mini flushes or apple juice. A lot came out of me and the following days after I felt 3-5 more stones move out when I ate some oily food. My rough stone count after my first ever flush was around 150-200. Also used a castor oil pack during the flush.
I've been looking for an alternative to the flush I tried since I don't want to be within 10 steps of the bathroom when I come off of it. I will report my results as I go through it. I'll be doing the full protocol Tsetsi suggested. One carton of organic eggs (unrefrigerated), 20 limes and cold pressed VCO. Based on the recipe, the flush will last 6 days. I'll buy an enema bag maybe tomorrow or the day after.
Wish me luck :)
As for the naysayers, I find that the attitude you're taking is rather like those in allopathic medicine, when asked to comment on the things people do here at Curezone. You're knocking down something without even trying it because it doesn't conform to whatever established notions you have of the conventional way/s to flush. Like he said, he isn't selling anything except organic eggs, limes and a new idea. The worst thing that can happen is that it won't work, period. So what? Now you know for sure. MOVE ON. Lots of people out there spend thousands of dollars on costly medicines and drug cocktails that may or may not work. He's only asking you to mix common ingredients in a new way, and supposedly get the same results he got. Give his flush a try. If it doesn't work for you, then don't stop others from trying it out because it may work for them. The ingredients seem harmless enough, and he's been courteous enough to reply to those who have ventured to do it on themselves.
I'm on the second to the last day of the flush. I did feel a lot of gurglings and movements in the gallbladder and intestinal area. One thing I noticed is that when I need to go to the bathroom it feels very emptied out. Previously whenever I'd go to the bathroom I could still feel some stuff left over in the colon. But now it feels all emptied out. I also got a nasty detox rash around my neck around the second day of the cleanse.
Thanks for the update! I'm checking in here periodically to see what's going on with this idea. I need to give this another try. I bought the "ToxinOut" program for cleaning your liver and blood from Dr. Natura so I have stopped drinking the mixture for now. Don't want to do too many things at once.
Tonight is my third night doing it and I have had no unusual reactions or eliminations. I've never done a traditional liver flush.
I was really surprised how hard it was to drink lime juice. I like it in small amounts, but I"m getting about 6 ounces of juice from 3 limes and it HARD to drink. The citrusy-ness (not a real word I know) of the lime sort of burns my throat and makes my nose run.
tsetsi
can you drink the mixture at some point in the day or does it have to be morning or bedtime?
do you only drink one dose a day?
would it be possible ,say, to drink the mixture in the middle of the day and then take a dose of "oxypowder" tablets at night to clear the stuff out the next morning?

I know i have been away for a while and all this time i have received countless emails from many of you, containing questions and supporting testimonials on successful cleanses. i do apologize for not being able to respond until now, as i have been much away on travel and busy with personal things. Many of other topics have occupied my head and i am back to tackle that which i have a calling for - the cleansing subject. The Curezone alternative Liver Flush forum responce was become quite overwhealming for me ever since it started 2 years ago. after all, i am one person and not a corporation.... and... it would have been much easier if i were a corporation, because then your emails would all get answered in time and your messages replied to in an orderly fashion. Afterwards, your money would be collected and the good kind corporationg would say "thank you for your continual business and for being a valued customer"... Unfortnately, I have no goal of such in mind. Or fortunately. Depending on the perspective.
I will to pick up where i left off and try to plow through some of the confusion. I thank everyone who has attempted to clarify my stands on some of the points points that cause most confusion. Particularly people ask about the oils. If they can use one oil over another. The answer is always, YES, YES, YES and YES. The oil is something you add to help ease the shaff out of your body and which helps break down the stones, so they are gently and easily flushed out. but oil also has a liver-stimulating qualities, so if you are going to say that they all act the same, that would be incorrect. they all act differently. they are all different chemical compositions, don't forget that. My personal favorite has always been the raw peanut oil. it is just full of flavor and very, very effective.
I see now that people are now even trying this recipe with Oranges instead of Limes. This is a great idea! i do not however advise you to substitute lemons for the limes. The taste is revaulting and i do not believe it brings about effective changes. try it for yourself if you don't believe me :
Some individuals ask about the cofee enema. While much of the material online states that this is an effective method, i tend to disagree with it. The reason being is because cofee posesses a chemical composition that should not be introducted within the confounds of the body. warm water is always best.
I will tackle other topics as i go. More coming tomorrow. Happy New Year!
I have diligently read each of the over 150 messages on this thread with great interest. I will most assuredly try the lime/egg flush next week. Currently a few days removed from a full flush w/ ES etc and feel a little recovery time is warranted.
My plan is to do the first 2 or 3 days around the weekend to gauge how close I will need to be to the restroom and get things moving while at home with a flexible schedule. Planning to do 5 to 7 days or so, check my progress, then perhaps increase the amounts a bit and try the castor oil formula thereafter as well. Will post my results, then, in a about two weeks or so...
Thanks Tsetsi for all of the insight to this promising procedure! Love the simplicity of it.
We live in a very small community, with no health food store nearby. So I
am unable to get organic eggs. This probably sounds like a crazy question,
but could I use 'over easy' egg yolks, being careful not to cook the yolk,
and then puncture the yolk and use it that way?
Also, how fast do you see results, minutes, hours? Just curious.
Hello,
Im new to all this. I live i a remote village in italy and can only buy lemons.
On a previous post yo said you can use limes, lemons or oranges. However in this post say not to use lemo...im confused help!
Today i used 2 lemons, 2 egg yolks and a tablespoon of sunflower oil. i do not have an enema to use.
Am i doing this right or not?
I live in Korea and wanted to try your cleans. My question to you is this:
It is very difficult to get any limes here, I noticed you said it is okay to use oranges instead of limes. Is this true? Also I can only find olive oil, not sunflower oil. How does this work with Orange juice? I really want to try this, as I feel really unwell.
