Hi Everyone,
Day 1 for me, going for 10.
I've been so busy at work I can even think about food, that's good.
I have done many fasts so the tecniqe I have I was just waiting for the inspiration to do another one.

Anyone else stated today?

Yes, you have a buddy! I started today as well. I plan to continue for 14 days. The benefits that I'm looking forward to is decreased sugar cravings and weight loss, though I know this isn't just a weight loss diet and it shouldn't be my main goal. Happy Day 1!

Cool, No it's not a weightloss program but if you have extra weight you'll be able to get rid of it in a healthy way.
Last year I did a 40 day one and lost 27lb, keep it off till I started back with my bad habbits of eating late and eating junk.
10 days is usually 8lb for me.

I started today too. I did MC many years ago for 12 days, but this time I want to go for 21. So far, my problem has been drinking 6 full servings of the lemonade. I have only had 4 eight oz servings of it. I know I need more calories though so I have to try to do better tomorrow. Good luck to you!
