Increasing the lime and kelp just makes my stools looser, though I feel very well. It is leaky gut maybe but the aloe made my hair fall out madly though my gut was better. Glutmaine and slippery elm aren't as effective. ANy ideas? tHank you.
I was taking one tablespoon of the molasses and one of the lime and one of the kelp and half a lemon. That gives me soft stools. Increasing any of it gives me diarrhea. I have been eating a veggie lunch if anything because my stomach gets upset. Veggies and grains that I am not allergic to for dinner. No breakfast-not huingry-except for slippery elm and the bsm drink. I would aprreciate your advice.
Where are you getting your sulfer to help regulate the Protein in your body ?
And where are you getting the Magnesium to help the Liver and the Kidneys to do their job properly ?
Your Digestive system is not working properly !
Do you have a Refractometer to check the Quality of the foods you are choosing to eat ?
Have you tried any 8 Billion plus count probiotics ?
When you have Killed off the good Digestive flora in your Digestive system, then many times it may help , if you reintroduce some back into your system , for none of your food is going to be able to be Digested properly, until you see to proper Digestive Flora !
Thanks Moreless, I couldn't tolerate the Epsom salts from the beginning. They gave me diarrhea. I do take an ionic vitmain and mineral supplement that has magnesium but it has no sulphur. I eat brussel sprouts and sometimes fish, but I have been eating mostly veggies and grains which may not have enough sulfur. I like buckwheat and it had magnesium, but I don't see that it has sulfur.
I have been on a 6 billion count probiotic for over 3 months.
I tested all my food which was average. But I buy at the best places I can, whole foods and the farmenr's market.
Doesn't kelp have sulfur? I should be getting it in the BSM drink, shouldn't I?
I take those baths with epsom, bicarb and preoxide. DOes that affect any of this?
