what is your present postion? overweight looking to loose? or underweight looking to gain? the WD has a way of allowing your body to loose weight but to maintain a healthy ammount of weight that it's naturally supposed to hold onto,if loosing weight was th case because of calorie restriction was the case,i would have evaporated by now..but i haven't
in other words,as long as you overeat you won't become too thin.
I am not sure if it would be wise for someone overweight to just jump on the WD and expect to loose weight overnight,one would have to incorporate small meals,excersize and cardio to drop intial weight and then once a managable weight is aquirred-then the WD should begin,but that's just my opinion.
