Hello Maya, have you got through the Yuen book yet? How goes it? Did you by chance read the Sha book? You know, the more I read/study/ask for guidance about *all that*, the simpler it seems to get.
which was always, I think, my *soul's* knowing--the thing is, the mind(or this consciousness) not to mention the normal body-mind mode of things, would have us (or maybe that's me) wanting to see ev-er-y-thing.
It's like that old parable of the person shot with an arrow, who wants to know where the arrow came from, how it was made, of what source are the feathers, how do the birds live....

I read (or shall I say "Studied") the sha book in quite some depth - it helped only alittle to have been on his training course. Dr Sha is very difficult to understand with his starnge use of English and tones.
Instant healing - yes, I whizzed through that book as well ... now I have another 4/5 books open and am moving from one to another as always :-)
The Instant healing book is vague, very ... I can see some value in it and I will need to make time to go through it again to highlight (very useful yellow tool!) the key points .. but there weren't many. I feel I *may* be able to incorporate some of the work into my Kinesiology treatments... possibly.
I feel Dr Sha's book is much more powerful, there's a lot of good information in it - the training is actually not so helpful.
However, it may be that the Yuen method may be more accessible if one gets the training - I sense that. I hope you go on the training course. I'm so waiting for you to say ... you know what!! LOL!
Right now, I'm just practising psychic audience - trying to listen more, jotting down answers to questions I'm posing.
I didn't know you'd done any of his training courses! His website is very complicated with the way it's set up: webmaster or whomever seems very 'product-oriented', which appears to work somewhat against the essence and deeper spirit of the offering...
I do sense too that the book is a great tool--lots of good in it. Generous. I like the writing style. Our Amchi has a way of speaking and tones that were quite difficult for me to suss out, at first- though my partner had no trouble (his syntax is pretty oddly "Tibetan" though. )
About the Yuen--I also feel it's the training that's needed. I'm still leaning toward doing it. I did tune in to Tai's remote group on the fifth--here's the bizarre thing: you'll love this. I got the time wrong, so picture that I sat with full and present focus, very prepared, and *felt* all kinds of wonderful connections, releasings, realizations, forgivings, the whole range of what you might have imagined were the thing to be successful in clearing away any obstacles and 'working with the intentions'...I felt good. then I got the idea to double check the time--so, again, there I am a few hours later, after having felt this great appreciation, and so on...and this time I was really feeling tired--and nothing much--so I though, Oh, Tai won't mind if I lie down for this, since *we've* already done all this earlier good work--lots of focus, and receptivity...
I felt a twinge of guilt/greed at 'doing it twice'.
I really love Sha's simplifying things with the "hello healing method". deceptively simple. It seems so utterly perfect for kids!
(I keep getting this returning notion of kids learning and applying healing methods. Just natural--as if it comes from another life, and was -then- completely normal and a great joy)
Your description of tuning in to Tai's free session had me rolling with laughter - that was just sooooooooo funny! I actually wrote her a rushed list of things I *wanted* .. then close to the hour of the session, realised that my list was spiritually shallow ... and then got frustrated becuase I didn't have the time to re-write ... and then I had to do some work .. so the session became lost to me. T'was meant to be!

Yes, lots of goodness in Dr Sha's book - it's a treasure. However, the writing style belongs to one of his trainees who edited/ghost wrote it for him.
Dr Sha spends a lot of his training time talking to others as if he's in a trance .. and unfortunately, he is as commercially orientated as his website. There's always a punch line of .. "Now, you need to buy this or that." Hmmmm. That's what puts me off.
I sent TaiTai a card a few days before the session, just a thank you, and to refresh her memory of our earlier meeting, (I'd written to her last year about coming to this part of Canada), and said I was still focusing in on my intent, that I'd 'be there'.
By the time of the session, (the morning one I got "wrong") I had my (refined and pared-down--the way it goes) list of a few things I wanted to accomplish this year, and the big why- turning 50! and as I tuned in, the stuff all began to 'fall away', into the simplest of aspirations/intents. It was a pretty amazing experience. Vitalizing. Just goes to show you... as the Sha book tells it, if starting with the soul/message: "you have the power to heal yourself. " So, did I get results? Yes! lololollololol As I say, I felt great!!! It was a very good session. Who knows who all was there! lots of light.
Her follow-up email, "a champagne toast" (I guess you got) said that she'd programmed in a sort of continuation effect (forget the exact words) so I feel that by the time of the *ahem* afternoon session, she was well-acquainted with my requests, and I do feel that the changes are building-- I believe it's facilitating a big shift. My mother is visiting now, and not in the best of health/energy--so my schedule ( and my tuning in) has gone the way of the white clouds--however, things seem to be moving very quickly. Better.
