I was having some issues after 10 days of an all out parasite counter-attack so after reading A LOT of posts here decided to bite the bullet (or drink the salt water!) this past Saturday night (13th).
Although it was a little like watching a horror flick I was glad the monsterous looking stuff was on the outside! I don't think my experience was too unusual except for maybe some diarhea before last drink (yum, yum) and again in the middle of the night.
Ok, so my issue driving me to do the flush seems to be returning already. Here it is:
I started taking a 30 day supply of Paragon (droplets and capsules) and was supposed to continue for 15 days, take 5 days off, and resume for 15 more days to be rid of them (if I even had/have them). But, I had to stop after 11 days because my digestive system was wigging out. Just couldn't get rid of feeling that dinner was just sitting in my gut. Felt like I had a melon sitting in there. So after reading up here decided to take the bold move of a liver flush....
I was optimistic after ridding my body of all garbage.... Drank some juice when I was supposed to Sunday morning, ate some fruit later, then per the instructions I should "be back to normal" went ahead and ate what was served for dinner. Chicken and pasta. (Sorry all you vegans that just puked, but after days of starvation I just couldn't resist.)
I swear that dinner was there for 48 hours until earlier today! I actually went to health food store yesterday and picked up some acidoll...(whatever) for digestion and some ginger tea per their recommendation.
Earlier today I felt great and actually "threw the trash out" FOUR times!!! Sunday's dinner was history!
Then earlier tonight (EST) I had spaghetti and sauce NO meatballs and all went down fine.
NOW I feel like an alien egg is in my gut and growing and it resembles the same feeling I had before killing the buggers!
Also, I couldn't find anything on this site to help me know what I should and shouldn't eat immediately after a liver flush. If you have some knowledge on this I think a lot of people would benefit from being able to find it (hence the subject line).
Thanks anyone who offers some thoughts/advice.
