I've been Oil Pullling for aboout 15 years now - with pauses. I always used Sunflower oil, or if I had none, Olive Oil. In my fridge I have Hemp Oil, Flax Oil, Pumpkin Oil, wheat Germ Oil and of course Sunflower oil. I have Olive Oil too (but not in the fridge). For years I have been eating all these Oils with salads, potatoes or a piece of bread.
Now I have read some posts in this forum and noticed, that Hemp and all the other oils are used for Oil Pulling. In what aspect is Hemp Oil more intensive than Sunflower Oil? Do you mean the detoxicating effect?
You write you use coconut oil. But my coconut fat in the fridge (I use it for cooking) is firmly solid. So how do you use it for Oil Pulling?
Thanks for your answer!
Anyway I'll try Hemp Oil tomorrow morning. First thing after getting up ;-)))).
A friend told me of Oil Pulling. I had terrible acne.
After I started Oil Pulling, the acne disappeared. It took me years to understand that the acne was related to my Amalgam dental fillings. Oil Pulling didn't prevent me from getting serously ill with amalgam poisoning (to be more exact: mercury poisoning from my amalgam dental fillings). The Amalgams have been removed 6 years ago and there is no acne anymore - with or without Oil Pulling. I did Oil Pulling daily until about 3 years ago. Now I pull every now and then. But this Website has inspired me to give it a new regular try.
What I have noticed: After my amalgams had been removed and I had been detoxicated, it took much more time for the oil to change in consistency. 15 years ago, 15 minutes were enough. Now there usually is no difference in the oil after 15 minutes. It takes more time... That's one of the reasons I do not Pull Oil on a regular basis any more but only if I feel "intoxicated".
After 15 years I am not so sure how long it took for the acne to disappear - but I think it was about 3 weeks. And after one week of not pulling oil it would com back!
You ask for the symptoms I had. Well, let's go adead, but I probably will forget half of the symptoms. I wil re-read my posting and add forgotten symptoms later on.
Tiredness
Sleeplessness
After Sport, I had high and heavy pulse, I heard my heart bumping. The pulse would go up to 90.
If I had done no sport, my pulse would go down until 48 in the night.
After sport or in high temperatures, the crooks of the arms were red
After a few hundert meters of walking I would just feel bad, bad, bad.
I didn't support noise.
I had difficulties with ligth, was wearing sunglasses even in fog.
Difficultis with concentration
Room to Room memory
Extensive sweating. I would have to change pyjamas 2 to 3 times per night.
I had to getup and got to the toilet 2 to 3 times per night.
Restess Legs Syndrome
My muscels were hurting (I thougt it was fibromyalgia)
Food allergies. The only fruit I could eat was papaya.
myoma of te uterine (I was operated and when later on I asked if they could test the myoma for mercury the pathology-department answered it was not possible, but that mercury intoxication was to look up in the blood. How will they ever find a connection beween myoma of the uterine and mercury, if they never-ever do a test? and how will they ever find a mercury-intoxication if they look up in the blood - and that without mobilisation?)
I used all sorts of remedies to get rid of my mercury intoxication
- pH Balance, Alkaline/Acid Balance - that is the most important. Without that, no detoxification is possible. Nevetheless it is far not enough for detoxification.
- lot of water-drinking
- a detoxification cure form a lab
- Chlorella, wild garlic and chinese parsley
- Megamin
- oats for breakfast (is mercury-binding, too)
- enemas
- massages
- walking daily just in a way that I was able to go walking again the next day. That started with 300 meters!
- juicing (every day 1 liter of fresh juice from vegetables)
- Good Oils (flax, hemp, wheat-germ)
There was a lot more, I will add it when it comes back to my memory.
Your requesting the pathology-department to test the myoma for mercury and their response that it was not possible had to be frustrating for you. Did your doctor try to remain neutral, or was he less than supportive of you? Too many doctors hide behind that "conservative approach" shield. The competitive edge (alternative medicine provides good competition) as well as the few mavericks who actually give a care have helped to open some eyes in the established medical community. Needed is that curious pathologist who truly feels the challenge to investigate mercury; he has to be the one to determine the myoma culprit.
My gynacologist supported me - he even wrote the request to the pathology department.
I live in a part of the world, were natural medicine has a high value.
I found a doctor (general practitioner) in a distance of half hour driving from my place who's main approach of treating is detoxification.
