Meaning and interpretation is unique to you. But the above sentence is quite interesting, as in essence, there is only ever one enemy - ourselves. It is only our thoughts (perceptions) and following actions that can harm or heal us.
I'm going to let you in on one of the best pieces of information I've used to help me:
The Universe (God) only knows "YES!"
No matter what you choose to think or believe, you will always get a "yes" - this is the Law of Attraction at its most basic level. If you think poverty, you'll get a "yes", and if you think prosperity, you'll get a "yes" for that too.
The Universe will support ALL that we think, feel and believe .. and the results we achieve will reflect back to us in terms of people who come into our lives, the health symptoms we have, the type of life we lead etc.
So, when life is not working out as we consciously intend it, we need to stop and think about what kind of unconscious and conscious thoughts and feelings we are having that is stopping the flow, and what types of thoughts we need to create to manifest our goals.
The starting point is to STOP ALL SELF CRITCISM. Stop it now and keep stopping it. When you catch yourself criticising yourself, just stop and relpace that thought with "Sunflower, I LOVE and ACCEPT YOU!!" .. It will sound false at first, and it may even create feelings of guilt, anger, sadness ... but just keep doing it.
Every time you criticise yourself, you break down your Spirit.
Your Spirit is that part of you that is deeply connected with the God force, the God force that allows you to create what is in your highest good.
Do this as a full 1 month project: throughout the day, catch each thought and replace it with "Sunflower (better use your real name of course!), I LOVE and ACCEPT YOU!!" - even more powerful, look into your eyes in the mirror and say that out loud several times.
By substituting love and acceptance for anger, and faith for fear, we allow for growth and healing.
When you learn to love yourself, your life will mirror back this love to you .. and Love Heals.

Me: You don't know how to get where? What do you want? Try and be exact. We can work on this together.

Me: What are you doing about this? Are you trying for new jobs? Would it be better to look for a new job before a new home?

I keep going though...trying to educate myself more and understand what is happening with my body. I do all these "good" things for myself but then enduldge on the weekends, putting more toxins in."
Me: What health issues (symptoms) do you have? What are you trying to achieve? (be specific) What have you achieved so far? Do you have any health protocol you are following?
And again, stop all criticism! So what if you indulge at the weekends? At present, it's a coping strategy. The point of our discussion is not to remove coping strategies, or to judge the situation ... but to find ways to empower you, ways to move you along, so you no longer need the comfort these crutches supply.
