I have a question, I've read that doing the Liver Flush causes the toxins stored in the body to go haywire and look for a road out (namely through skin or bowels). I'm assuming through the skin means breakouts, acne, rashes, and at the very least sweat??
My question is, to avoid these symptoms above (acne, breakouts, rashes, etc) is there a possible way to ensure the toxins come out through the other end, namely the bowels?? I know it's probably not easy to predict which route the toxins are going to choose to be expelled, but is it possible to kind of navigate them, steer them in a certain direction??.
Well, that's why you take the Epsom Salt during the liver flush. It flushes out the toxins, stones, sludge, etc.
You also might want to check into doing a Bowel Cleanse . It's a gradual clean out--normally takes about 30 days. It will clean out your colon and rid that area of toxins and buildup that you have accumulated over the years.
The same goes for any other kind of cleanse or flush or protocol, (be it liver cleanse, parasite, mc, bowel, etc) is there a way to get the toxins to come out a certain way, my conclusion is I would rather poop them out then have them come out as acne or a rash.
There's no surefire way to make toxins expel one way or the other, but if you want to increase the chances of them being expelled through the bowel then do the bowel cleanse first, and also stimulate and cleanse the lymph. Cleansing the organs of elimination will open the channels so that toxins can be expelled more rapidly and directly. If toxins are being expelled through the skin this is an indication that there is congestion in the other organs of elimination..
