To answer the point, the sins of Jesus are even greater than Satan. To my knowledge, Satan did not put one-third of Europe to the sword for not believing in him. Jesus' followers did - under Charlemagne. Satan did not make a covenant and then break it. So far, I have yet to see even one rational response for my observation.
Well, how about the fact that it was not Jesus himself that did that, it was his followers, who are human, and thus have this niggly tendency to interpret the words of Christ to suit their own needs. So, to be fair, you are comparing apples to oranges, not apples to apples.
wipe your butt with your observations. read the bible, you make up stuff out of your head. we are not robots. we have freedom to choose, God does not intervene. judgement day is coming. Satan is behind all that is evil. in mens hearts. every man or women is weak. the old covenent and new covenent are the same.
Get your nose out of the Bible and look around. Satan is not responsible for any evil around the world. People are. Really, God would have be to a major @$$#01e to punish MAN for something that SATAN is responsible for. Humans are greedy, selfish, violent, and xenophobic (religion, nationality, race, ethnicity, language, dress, body type.....), it is not Satan that does all this it is our society, our biology and our religious beliefs.
The fault, dear Brutus, is not in our stars, but in ourselves - W Shakespeare
I agree. I feel that upholding Jesus has nothing to do with Christianity, especially since Xiantity so totally defies a lot of truly evolved spiritual beliefs. I love quoting Jesus and love The Essenes, agreed!
"anyone who puts an X instead of spelling Christ:
is from the antichrist. you probably demon possessed. Jesus is God almighty, and
you know it."
That is the standard answer from the modern Pharisees who have no ability of
independent thinking. Don't think. Don't use the intelligence that
god gave to you. Just accuse others of the most vile accusations you can
think of. That's the real antichrist!
Matthew
7:1-5 "Judge not, that you be not judged. For with what judgment you
judge, you will be judged; and with the measure you use, it will be measured
back to you. And why do you look at the speck in your brother’s eye, but do
not consider the plank in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother,
‘Let me remove the speck from your eye’; and look, a plank is in your own
eye? Hypocrite! First remove the plank from your own eye, and then you will
see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye.
Revelation 12:10
And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.
"John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the
Word was with God, and the Word was God.
John 1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us,...
It was at this point that God became a son. The son of man.
There was none before Him. This is what Jesus said about Himself.
Rev. 1:8 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord,
which is and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty."
You are misinterpreting the above scriptures and are
denying that Jesus said everyone is a god.
When they picked up rocks to stone him for blasphemy,
Jesus replied in John 10:34-36 "Is it not
written in your law, I said, Ye are gods? If he called them gods, unto
whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken; Say ye of him,
whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest;
because I said, I am the Son of God?"
He first said very clearly that the bible of his day
said that men are gods. Then he said that he was the son of god, just as
all the rest of us are children of god. Is that difficult to
understand? When he was called a "good master" he responded in
Matthew 19:17 "And he said unto him, Why
callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God.."
Here he very clearly said that he is not god!
I simply don't understand how the teachings of Jesus,
his own words, can be more clear. We are all gods.
"There was none
before Him. This is what Jesus said about Himself."
That's simply not true. In the first quotation
above from John, he quoted a verse in Psalms. Obviously, there were others
before him. All in the flesh are gods and many preceded him.
Regarding your quotes in John 1:1 and 1:14 - the
"word" means intelligence, wisdom. All have the "word"
within them. All of us have been created by god with this "word"
or logos in us. The Alpha and Omega is not unique to Jesus.
All of what I've written above plainly shows that Jesus
never claimed to be god. In fact in another verse he said "anything
that I can do, you can do and greater than I..." We
have the same god within us as he did. He said very clearly that "the
kingdom of god is within you" and if the
kingdom of god is within you, where do you think that god resides?
Here's a great write up about the Logos:
The Secret Teachings of
Jesus
An important Christian Gnostic teaching was the "Logos"
which in Greek is translated as "the image of the Word." It is an
important concept found in the gospel of John:
"In the
beginning was the Word (Logos), and the Word was with God, and the Word was
God." (John 1:1)
Logos is the part of God that
acts in the world. It is the perfect unity of the human and the divine. This is
affirmed by John when he wrote that "the Word was made flesh and dwelt
among us." When John stated that Jesus is the Logos, he is stating that
Jesus became the Logos, the Christ. The Logos is the divine "spark" of
God within humans that needs to awakened. Everyone has the "image of the
Word (Logos)" within them and it is for this reason that Genesis
describes humanity as created "in the image and likeness of God." The
Logos is the divine Spirit in humanity. By using the Christian Gnostic idea of
the Logos, John is not only affirming the preexistence and divinity of Jesus,
but he is affirming that all sons of God created in the "image of the
Word" as Jesus was, preexisted in spirit before being born. In other words,
every human is an incarnation of the Logos and every human has to potential of
becoming like Jesus, a manifestation of the human-divine unity. Every human can
be a "Christ" and because of this, every soul will eventually be drawn
back to God.
The Roman Church misunderstood what the Logos was in John and incorrectly
concluded from this that only Jesus is divine - the Word made flesh. The
orthodox Church either rejected or ignored this Christian Gnostic concept found
in John. This may have been a factor when the gospel of John was almost
rejected from New Testament canon when it was being put together. This was
during a time when Christian Gnosticism became an enemy of the organized Church.
Nevertheless, it was the idea of the preexistence of the soul and its
corresponding doctrine of reincarnation that the Roman Church had great
difficulty with.
You are positively going to hell with this kind of thinking: you have a chance to change now. you have a chance to change now, you are on a one way ticket to HELL. do you know that?? I believe a demon has gone into your mind, to think this way. do you ever think about exorcism??? go to a priest, maybe they can help.

I quote Jesus, and you say I'm going to hell? I've been in hell, and
it's not fun. I'll take the path I'm on any day.
When one points out the real teachings of Jesus as quoted in The Gospels and
their only retort is telling them their going to hell or that they have a demon
- it's all they have. They must have a very empty life.
Have a nice eternity.

I also am one who believes that hell is of our own making. We are in hell if we hate, fear, judge, have prejudice, hold grudges, etc. If you think about it, all of the things I just mentioned hurt OURSELVES way more than our "enemy". These things keep us caged. We will reach "heaven" when we follow Jesus. He promised us that. Many think to follow means to "believe in", and that is the end, that is all you have to do. But you are released from hell when you truly follow, meaning to do as he has done. If you walk the world with love in your heart, if you work on your prejudices by getting to know people and cultures (instead of searching for bible passages that will support your reasons for the hatred), if you keep your own plate clean instead of looking for garbage on your neighbor's plate, if you live and let live, you will be released from hell. I believe his freedom from hell is available to anyone who chooses to walk the higher road, regardless of their religion.
since you tell someone they're positively going to hell among everything else you say. This is the kind of judging that you are NOT supposed to do. Do you even hear yourself? Get the message. It's called "Judge Ye Not".
Only The Lord has the right to decide someone's ultimate destiny in the afterlife. We should not imagine ourselves to have the ability to usurp His authority (or want to) nor should we wish that their afterlife be a bad one (hell/hades thrown into the lake of fire, Rev. 20:14). The Lord is our advocate before The Father. Since we were never told that we cannot also be each other's advocates before The Lord (we are encouraged to be forgiving), MY choice is simply to not be judgemental of whether some else should suffer a penalty. As long as they do not intentionally cause evil, I will be their advocate also. The Lord will never tell me that I was wrong in wishing that my brother not go to hell or even serve a penalty for SINCERELY believing something the only way they know how because that's the way they were taught (as long as they are not intentionally causing harm or destruction).
The Lord doesn't want us to be (feel) anxious to convict each other (John 8:46, "Which of you convicts me of sin?"). Being anxious to convict is not the way of love.
It is "the world" that tells us that we should evaluate each other and pass judgement on each other's decisions and attitudes, but The Lord tells us to mind our affairs, not other people's affairs. This has the effect of causing peace and respect.
