I am feeling ultra crappy today, very hungry and sad. i drink plenty of water about 72 oz a day..also a big cup of tea at night,,,,i just feel so blah and down and im hungry...more like craving, cause im hungry for very specific things like sweet and sour sauce and chicken breast...salt and peppers... anyhoo, im not giving up! i wonder how long till this hunger goes away...and my back hurts! my kidneys hurt, my uterus hurts! aaargh!!!!!!!!!!!! i wanna eat some foooood!!!!!!!! Notifications Agree Disagree   Re: Day 4 of the MC by  Zoebess  6 year  365 Try upping your amount of lemonade. 72 ounces is close to the minimum and 120 is at the other end. I found at 100 ounces I did not have any hunger. I also used a tablespoon of blackstrap molasses each day when my cravings reared their ugly head or I was cycling on my period. That should help. Also, now is a time to develop new coping skills which do NOT include grabbing food when you are achey, bored, happy, or sad. Hang in there...a hot bath or laying out in the sun will do wonders to improve your mood. Throw in a couple of cups or more of Epsom Salt in your bath too.
