No I don't but I just can't find a proper diet. With the healthy foods I am not getting enough calories. That's why I keep on asking what i can or cannot eat.
You need to turn loose of the calorie brainwashing.
When we are getting our energy from the food we eat, we're doing it WRONG.
Brains, your body is a hydro-electric plant on feet. Hydrogen and electricity don't need food to work. Your food is simply the building blocks for damage repair and nothing more.
Losing weight? You're losing toxins. You will lose NOTHING that is YOU.
please explain to me where we get our energy from if it's not from the food we eat.
Does this mean I can become a breatherian then? Sorry if I misunderstood your reply above, but that's what it sounded like to me.
Consider the breatherian since you already know of this ... a functional human that consumes no food. Where do they get the energy to exist?
Our bodies are 70-80% water, our functions run off electrical impluses. It's easy for me to see from that, that our food is simply building blocks for repair of worn out parts and to repair damage, IF we are supplying healthy building blocks.
If food is energy, why when we eat the big meals at family gatherings, holidays and on Sundays do I feel like I just want to take a long nap? More food should be more energy, if that theory is correct???
When we fast, the energy that is normally used for digestion is then used for housecleaning duties and you detox instead.
I love eggs, but I strongly prefer eggs from chickens running around outside, eating good normal chicken stuff. I feel like they provide me with very good nutrition.
I prefer a runny yolk, but that's just me. Sometimes I eat them totally raw, but only ones from local sources, not from the grocery store. Make sure your local source isn't nasty :P
For another perspective, speak to some vegetarians & vegans, and some ex-vegetarians and ex-vegans.
Raw eggs are an excellent source of easily digestable protein, they MUST be organic and from healthy chickens.
The more you cook them, the harder they are to digest, even stirring begins to denature protein chains in the egg.
Some people suggest eating only the yoke of raw eggs.
As Warthog rightly states you will find MANY MANY opposing opinons on this issue, it is very divisive. All I will say is, show me a breatharian and I'll eat air pie.
the reason I say calories is because I am 1,71cm and only weight 51 kg. I can gain wait, but then my psoriasis will be all over me that's why need these answers.
so basically everything that is organic (preferably raw) is good?
I understand your concern about this and wish I knew the answer. The healthiest-looking person I ever saw was a man at a juicing lecture. He had been eating only raw food for several years and was glowing with health with wonderful skin tone and colour and sparkling eyes.
But he was also extremely thin - by his own reckoning too thin. And he felt ill if he tried to eat 'normal' food.
Humans need physical strength and muscle bulk as well as health, and I am not sure where the balance lies if you have a tendency to be thin.
My biggest problem is I don't have that much knowledge when it comes to food. I do know that their are plenty of foods out there that will work for me. We can all agree on one thing and that is that everyone is different. I even believe that raw food is also meant for some and not for all. I feel very weak when I eat no fats and foods that contain additves etc. But these are also the reason of my skin disease. So I need to find a balance. Just need some guidelines and Ill be fine.
