However, according to what I've read so far, it seems that you should reach total bodily sufficiency within 3-6 months at a high dosage, so I don't need think I'll that much for that long, but I'd like to have extra around for topical use. And I'll probably give some away to people who can't get it. Some people are taking more, and some less. One drop Lugol's=6.25 mg iodine 16ounces=3600 drops=473mL Hope that helps. It's so frustrating that they are banning the Lugol's solution. I didn't realize until just now that it won't be available at all.
