Ok so I posted like over a month ago about my throat. I burned it drinking hot liquids. it never went away, my throat is really red and I have a cankersore type thing on the back of my throat and it's always hot.
Yesterday I didn't get enough sleep and fell asleep for about 2hrs around 5pm and woke up with really bad post nasal drip. I had a bunch of crap in my throat and oil pulled a few times to bring the mucus up. Then I drank a spoonful of cayenne pepper mixed with lemon figuring I'd "melt" it.
Bad idea. Now I have a major sinus infection type thing going on. Head cold, one side of my nose is stuffed and at the same time there's liquid constantly flying out that I can't feel or control o I had to stick a tissue up there and leave it there and my throat is rawer than ever.
Obviously some kind of infection. I don't get "sick" and don't have sinus issues. I don't want to go to a dr and get antibiotics. So what else can I do....
I have a tooth ache on top of it. But I know this started with my throat.

You're not going to heal a hot trauma with heat. The Master Cleanse is not prime. Proteolytic enzymes in pineapple will help break down unwanted tissue and deal with mucus problems. Neti douching will keep you clear while this is going on. The sinus infection is most likely affecting not only the sinuses but the trigeminal nerve which innervates. You need to remove as much obstruction in the body not just the colon but in the tissues and bloodstream your fast is not doing this fast enough so give as much support as you can. In addition to oil swishing try salt water gargling. The toothache will improve also. If you wish to support some myrrh will help. Pau D'Arco in large quantites for several days will kill infection 6-8 capsules. Do some enemas or colonics and hasten the elimination of obstruction so that energy can be directed to the throat and sinuses.
