I finished my first humaworm cleanse on 28th July - all in all, it has been a very positive and interesting experience, and I am extremely grateful for the feelings of renewed health!
I just had a few queries as follows:
(1) Since finishing the cleanse, I've been experiencing more a more upset stomach/IBS than normal. I'm now back at work and often have strange noises coming from my gut :^) Is this normal? I had an episode of diarrhea on Saturday afternoon, and felt sick later that day - it's possible I've maybe picked up a big at the same time.
(2) Now that the cleanse is over, would it be advisable to start taking some good quality probiotics?
(3) Finally as a between-cleanse measure (I fully intend to do another cleanse after 90 days!), would it be wise to take the following supplement? I've used it in the past for candida issues wiht good results: http://www.worldwideshoppingmall.co.uk/body-soul/dida.asp
It's strange; I had really bad pain in my stomach, almost like a stabbing/burning sensation, since the weekend (took last humaworm on Saturday morning). I started taking probiotics the last 2 days and last night I included a clove of raw garlic when making up a salad; when I woke up this morning my stomach was still sore with lots of gas (I say 'my stomach' but probably mean 'my intestines!'); anyway after a green tea I had to run to the toilet, and out came lots of white candida flakes along with a small clump of something white (I'm assuming it was candida also?).
It feels as though there is still a big bugger in there who is really angry that they're being asked to vacate the premises.
Humaworm is definitely continuing to cleanse even after the last capsule was taken, for which I'm really grateful.
Already family and friends are saying I look a *lot* better; one friend says I no longer have those dark cirlces under my eyes or that 'drawn, haggard appearance' from before. Little wonder my love life's been no great shakes for the past few years - however in the last few days when walking along the street I've actually caught guys looking at me! Maybe Humaworm will come to the rescue in more ways than one . . . :)
