Hi! I am in the last week of my first round of Humaworm. Since yesterday I have been experiencing bouts of coughing and am guessing that this has something to do with the cleanse? One symptom I have had over the years is occasional bouts of feeling short of breath even though my tests all came back good for things like asthma. I have also had bouts of feeling like there is somthing stuck in the back of my throat or like my throat feels like it is swelling shut and itchy though it is obviously not really swelling shut. So, now I am having this cough from deep in my chest. I don't have a fever or appear to have a cold. Yesterday I had this awful tickly disturbing feeling behind my tonsil and then I hacked for a long time as if I was choking on something. Then I couldn't talk well it was so scratchy. Today I am still having occasional coughing and feeling like something is stuck there or tickling in my throat. ugh. Could this be parasite related? I imagine that it is.
It has been interesting throughout this Humaworm round to find that I seem to be systematically moving through symptoms I have had for years then the issues feel a little better. It's so wierd but I think the stuff is really doing something in there. I am looking forward to doing it again in 90 days as I have been sick for such a long time. By the way, is it 90 days from the beginning or end of your cleanse?
yeah, it is quite likely that I have Candida issues. I have scored very high on the questionaires that you can take to assess if you have Candida. I am really hoping that Humaworm will kill it :)
You are detoxing. Die-off is when the symptoms DO seem to get worse for a while, then they get better. HUMAWORM is cleaning out your lungs so make sure to spit out ANY phelm you might cough up as it might contain eggs and/or larvae. Several species of parasites incubate and hatch in the lungs.
The 90 day wait is from the last day of your cleanse.
I feel that coughing up and spitting phlegm is one of the best things I do, on my own, to stop some parasites, whatever they may be, dead in their tracks.
Of course I am careful not to force the coughing unduly, and to behave in a mannerly way. I've noticed that it may happen at particular times, such as once, after eating, or a little while after lying down. I just make sure to have some tissue handy, and a wastebasket.
Another thing I've noticed is that some may remain in the very back of the throat, after spitting, so it is best to clear that, too...just in case.
Only once or twice have I gone into any kind of a 'coughing fit'... and that doesn't last.
I like to picture larva wondering how they got into a wastebasket. (He-he.)
