Yes, I did misunderstand what you said. We have a lot in common. Weight can cause many problems. Once you lose those unwanted pounds, a lot of your health issues will go away and you will notice that you have more energy.
I, like you, have a thyroid problem. Hypothyroidism,and it is a constant battle to keep my weight down because of my slow metabolism. I mostly live on salads and have one good meal a day. I am on Synthroid, but looking for natural alternatives to treat this problem. This is my last hurdle.
I am very glad that you are losing weight slowly, as that is the best way. Develop healthy habits of a proper diet and exercise. Don't forget the exercise. I hate exercising I love to walk.
What are you doing to rev your thyroid? Maybe you can point me in the right direction?
Still, stress needs to be controlled, although sometimes things happen that make it really hard to cope. I include meditation and relaxation in my daily routine.
