Welcome to VibeNhance.

I'm excited to explore all aspects of the mind/body/spirit connection. I'm also open to touching upon lifestyle and nutritional templates that optimize health and well-being. In that regard, my personal preference is a raw, living foods diet. My own personal experience and extensive study has shown me, personally, that this is the optimal human diet. For those interested, I have a lot of resources to share regarding this.

Although, more important than that is our thoughts, because body follows mind. In order to effect any positive changes in our lives, we must start at the level of the Mind. Our entire life experience is shaped by our decisions - and that is a function of Mind.

Reality is a structure based on code. As we understand the relationships of this code, we can make powerful edits to it, and thus change its structure. This simply means, with awareness, intention and focus, we can dramatically change our lives. This forum is all about the tools we can use to do that.

I intend this forum to be a place of sharing modalities, techniques, paradigms, and practices that all enhance and optimize health, well-being, abundance, creativity and expansion.

Some of the things that will be explored are Shamanic Philosophies such as Huna, New Change work paradigms such as Matrix Energetics, TAT, EFT, Neurolinguistic Programming, Metaphor work, Hypnotherapy, the Sedona Method, various meditation techniques and other related spiritual practices, and much, much more.

All these paradigms and more will be explored in the light of leveraging the body/mind to effect powerful change. By clearing interference at the level of mind and body, we allow innate intelligence to bring about a state of balance within our being. This will be explored in great detail.

I would encourage participants to share their stories or point out other stories where the mind/body connection has been leveraged to make powerful change - changes some people have termed as 'miracles'.

I would ask that we share our ideas respectfully and honor each others' opinions as there is no One Truth, but a collection of possibilities emanating from an infinite field of potential.

Also, feel free to share micro-cosmic and macro-cosmic aspects of interference and clearance. That is any interference taking place within our bodies as well as in the bigger body of human kind. I would like to identify interference patterns that may be impeding balance and harmony at all dimensions and harmonics of existence. More importantly, once identified, I would like to explore all avenues of returning to and creating balance.

I hope these ideas set a powerful tone and act as a starting place from which we can begin this important exploration.
