Thanks. That’s encouraging. Careful what you put in those smoothies maybe. For ex. hypothyroidism is, what I saw, the most common health problem in America. There are soy products in so many foods, people even buy soy drinks & add it to smoothies, and it is a MAJOR goitrogen, though you may not notice that for some time. Also spinach and brocolli, & well, lots of things out there being juiced are goitrogens. I used to juice a lot using a lot of them. Now I am hypothyroid & hypoadrenal. Just fyi.   [End]

As far as them saying alkaloids build up if you don’t rotate veggies, though, I still don’t see any research on that. Of course if you don’t vary your veggies you wont’ get the variety of nutrients you may need, and you may be dosing too heavily on goitrogens (which he never mentions and really ought to be aware of) and oxylates. Many people who suffer from other painful illnesses, like arthritis, also choose to include cherries in their diets, and for good reasons. Most cherries contain the natural chemicals anthocyanin and bioflavonoids, which can serve as anti-inflammatory agents, reducing pain and swelling. Furthermore, you do not actually have to eat fresh cherries to get these benefits; both of these chemicals can be found in cherry juices as well. ... I recently purchased the Omega Vert 350. way better than all the other centrifuge juicers I’ve had.
