Thank you for the advise about being constantly vigilint in watching for pneumonia. We will definitely look out for that, especially since he only has one lung. The chest x-ray that he got at the Emergency Room showed his lung is clear of infection, so we are thankful. He is still spitting up the egg-white like phlegm, but not as much and sometimes has pieces of the dead tumor cells coming out along with it. As I noted when you posted this question in my private forum, though addressing the liver is of prime importance, I think that the removed gall bladder, bile duct bypass and weight loss issues call for caution when it comes to the faster and stronger detoxes/cleanses and that a prolonged fast might not be a good idea. ... ... I also noted that I have never heard that pancreatic enzymes should not be used with oleander and as a matter of fact I specifically recommend both, especially for pancreatic cancer.
