Hi everyone. I suffer from bad brain fog, dizziness when standing, racing heart, weakness, low energy, floaters in vision. I have had blood tests with nothing found. I’m only 16 and these things started happening a week after I went sober off alcohol {1 month ago} my diet was terrible, and now I eat more fruits and vegetables, cut out dairy and a lot of gluten. I just really want these things to go away and im not sure what to do!! Please help me!!!! [End]

Alchohol is a potent GABA receptor ago it’s and there are many withdrawal symtoms associated with this. All of your symptoms sound alchohol related to me. This stuff will pass you just have to give it some time. Continue eating a very healthy diet and do calming exercises such as yoga, tai chi and meditation. Also, check your blood pressure when standing as that can cause your dizziness if it drops. Your still very young and will bounce back. Just make sure you stay off any alchohol or GABA agonists such as benzodiazepines. You dont want to get addicted to something else also. You will be ...

I read that somebody bought kefir in store, then mixed it with milk and that is how he got kefir grains. I read on the internet that taking rice bran can stop your body absorbing calcium according to Web MD, and may be good for people whose bodies produce to much calcium and are at risk of kidney stones. Rice bran oil is having a very soothing effect on my son’s body and helps him cope better with die off symptoms of candida. I also administer calcium phosphate capsules and a multivitamin and I was just wondering if anyone knows how much time apart when administering rice bran should I wait before I administer his other calcium capsules and vitamins. Hi, rice bran oil does not contain any carbs and also is good for you and I understand that if you have a candida problem then you need to watch the carbs. Some rice products have lower carbs than others. I use Sainsburys Brown Rice boil in the bag which carbs are much lower. However, I asked my doctor about carbs and he saids our bodies need carbs as they are a fuel for our body and help build mass but you need to balance your diet obviously with other food sources. There is fibre in brown rice and an insoluble fibre which does not feed candida is made from Nutricology Cellulose powde ...

Thanks for the information, I have looked at the link for MMS and it states you need to add it to citric acid. I wonder if it has to be citric acid as this will burn his stomach, even a tiny amounnt. My emu oil capsules and lotion have arrived today. I am going to try the oil on his skin first to see if there is a reaction and then if everything goes o.k. I will try a tiny droplet of the oil in the capsule by mixing it into his food to see how he copes with that and gradually increase the oil over a long time to see how many droplets of the emu capsule oil he can tollerate. I am just waiting for him to recover fully from the last supplement he took and then I shall start giving it. Fingers crossed ! [End]

At first there was some effects typical to autism but now his body has adjusted to it and he is taking the droplets well with no effects so I will increase to five droplets and see how that goes. I also give him rice bran oil and am seeing positive effects on his brain, he is much happier when I give it to him and he has started to sleep through the night which has made a huge difference to the way I feel as I feel I have got more energy. I went through a similar thing with low-carb diet too. Long time ago I went through a vegetarian phase and started having issues. Doctor said I was eating too many grains. I have been in the exact same situation as you and I know exactly what you need to do. Okay, so you were getting sick with colds and flu’s before you removed all grains, dairy and beans. Turns out my statement wasn’t ignorant, because you aren’t a PhD or an MD. You just admitted it. ... ... I never said that NAFLD was caused by alcohol. That is why it is called non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. Alcohol is toxic in large quantities, and if you read the medical literature, it’s the toxic nature of alcohol which leads to cholestasis. When cholestasis develops, bile backs up in the liver. Also, fats can be properly digested without bile, so undigested fat is absorbed, and buils up in the liver, because the liver has no way of discharging waste. Bile is the waste product of the li ...

I strictly stuck to this diet and saw some improvement. However, I’ve had to modify it based on some food intolerances that I have discovered throughout my journey trying to figure out how to overcome EC. The test is called the ”IgG Food Antibody Assessment.” It’s expensive, but worthwhile in my opinion. Comes to find out that I am sensitive to dairy, 4 types of fruit (apples, apricots, cranberry, plums), beans (string, kidney, pinto), mushrooms, most meat (including ...

There is a great book that you can find her on curezone called Eat to Live by Joel Fuhrman. I liked this book because there is so much information about nutrition and it is easy to understand. I reccomend you read it. I don’t want to spoil the ending for you but he does claim that a vegan diet is the most healthy diet. What I came away from is that the more vegetables(greens) the better. Vegetables heal. Eat vegetables. Read this book. [End]

Also consider that you may have alergies(food sensitivities). If you don’t know it might be best to rotate your diet. I notice some body builders have a daily routine(like eating eggs daily or the same protien powder every day) and that could be tricky for some people. Some of the most common alergens are dairy, soy, wheat (gluten),nuts, corn, eggs and shellfish. You can try rice protien or pea protien, generaly tolerated by most. Those might work for you. Be healthy. [End]

I have understood garlic to be somewhat of a "Super Food". I can help everything from weight loss to fighting off infection. I know little about the doctor that you mentioned, but most doctors are not researchers and they actually are not very health and nutrition Savvy. There are natural practitioner physicians that specialize in treating ailments through natural methods. If you are uncertain about the use of garlic, you may wish to look up one of these people and ask them. I am sure that they would be happy to sp ...

If I recall, the Beck literature that advises against the use of garlic was in the context of anecdote and for ” military uses ”. Beck said the military forbade its pilots from flying if they had consumed garlic within (if I recall correctly ) 24 hours prior to a flight. Given that context coupled with the fact that Beck did not really clarify the exact nature of this ” cognition problems ”, is this valid reason for the average person to avoid garlic? My opinion is an emphatic no ESPECIALLY since most of us average people will never be on missions flying military craft or the like. A ...

Anyone who goes mental after a dose of raw garlic, it’s because your intestinal parasites don’t like it, start to die, and give off toxins which go to your brain. Garlic is GOOD. [End]

I agree - garlic has one of the longest histories of healing people and fighting infections. If garlic made me feel bad, I’d cut back on the amount. [End]

Also - I disagree with a lot of Beck’s teachings. I think colloidal silver and zapping are harmful. I’ve tried them both, by the way - used the Silver Pulser, made colloidal silver, ozonated water, etc. I’m not sure about the ozonated water but think that ozone in the air can be very harmful to the lungs. I wonder, too. I’ve gotten into the habit of eating a LOT of garlic!!! A little raw and a lot cooked. ... Here’s an article saying there was a study showing it is good for the brain, contrary to the claims you are referring to. ... Andreas Moritz, ”Amazing Liver Flush” guy, says Aruveydic and other ancient systems say ”NO garlic.” Haven’t checked that out yet. ... There are so many studies showing garlic lowers cancer rates and kills cancer cells... but the argument against says it kills good bacteria and healthy cells... ... The problem is that you can have a severe case or a mild case of candida. To know whether you have either, you couls try the no sugar diet for a few weeks and then introduce fruit again to see wheter or not you react. ... ... I used to be on the no fruit, no sugar diet (xylitol and stevia for my sweet tooth)and now I can introduce fruit again as I am almost there. ... ... Hi, I suffer from depression, anxiety, brain fog and a lack of emotion and have for a long time. I also have some digestive problems. I’ve tried multiple medications and therapy, but nothing seems to put a dent in it. ... ... I’m eating as healthy a diet as I can, but I would like to find a doctor who would try to find causes for the depression, such as intestinal bacteria. I have Medicaid, though, so it would be hard to find such a doctor. I don’t have much money, so any ideas? [End]

Thank you. The problem is my depression. I hardly have motivation anymore and even the few things you suggested seem overwhelming. ... ... And I’ve eaten barely any processed food or high carb grains for the past eight or so months. My diet has mainly been meat, fruits, some vegetables, and occasional processed foods.
