Well if its happening because of your neck. Then you must consult a chiropractor, a better one. If you live in US or New Jersey region then caldwell chiropractor is there. One of my friend suffered from neck injury in an accident. Even after operation, he faced lot of problems and pain in neck even he was not able to move it. Then he had physical therapy services from caldwell chiropractor. Now he’s perfect.   [End]

A lack of magnesium will cause muscle contractions and spasms. When those spasms affect the heart its called a heart attack. Doctors appears to be oblivious to dangers of low magnesium and are incredibly ignorant about nutrition. Blood tests show no magnesium deficiency because modern medicine only checks the blood and disregards the fact only 1% of the magnesium is in the blood, the rest in in the cells and the body pulls it out if blood gets low. Its almost like they are total ignorant about nutrition, which they are.   [End]

Yeah i actually got a blood test in the ER about 1.5 months ago, and 3 more before that. Basically, my TSH is 3.0 and it used to be 1.0 so that might explain im going hypothyroid, and all the doctors say ”everythings in the normal range”. but really i took another look carefully and my potassium is low. It is the lowest possible number, and my sodium is the lowest possible number before it’s deficient. My TSH is 3.0 and I have ketones 3+ in my urine. I don’t know what that means but they say all is well and i need psychiatric medication. :(   [End]

Hm.. so how does one go about fixing this problem? I have this exact same dysfunction in my spine and from what I can theorize, all my health problems are stemming from this structural imbalance. from my experience, chiropractors only focus on the spinal alignment through adjustments of subluxations but there are not many that focus on the ligaments, muscles, and neurological programming for many years by the patient that cause the subluxations to come back, hence.. momentary spinal correction and no cure of posture.   [End]
