Well if its happening because of your neck. Then you must consult a chiropractor, a better one. If you live in US or New Jersey region then caldwell chiropractor is there. One of my friend suffered from neck injury in an accident. Even after operation, he faced lot of problems and pain in neck even he was not able to move it. Then he had physical therapy services from caldwell chiropractor. Now he’s perfect. [End]

Could be something to this, great that this is working for you. A couple things to consider for others who are pondering this diet, the meat that we eat today is far different from the meat that ancient man was eating. If you eat raw meat in today’s world you will have tons of parasites and possibly many other diseases. The only way to do this properly is to hunt your own food in the wild and eat it raw, then you will probably be very healthy. Meat h ...

A lack of magnesium will cause muscle contractions and spasms. When those spasms affect the heart its called a heart attack. Doctors appears to be oblivious to dangers of low magnesium and are incredibly ignorant about nutrition. Blood tests show no magnesium deficiency because modern medicine only checks the blood and disregards the fact only 1% of the magnesium is in the blood, the rest in in the cells and the body pulls it out if blood gets low. Its almost like they are total ignorant about nutrition, which they are. [End]

I see it’s been a while since yourfirst asked your question, so I may be wasting my time posting. NSA is practiced around the world but is seen most often in the U.S. primarily because its founder, Dr. Donald Epstein, first began training DCs around the NY area. This looks like it is probably C7 (seventh cervical vertebrae), which typically sticks out. Bending your head/neck forward makes it stick out farther, but it is normal for it to stick out. So if it seems to be more prominent than it has been I would say that it is your posture, especially if you spend a lot of time sitting in front of a computer or at a desk. [End]

Hm.. so how does one go about fixing this problem? I have this exact same dysfunction in my spine and from what I can theorize, all my health problems are stemming from this structural imbalance. from my experience, chiropractors only focus on the spinal alignment through adjustments of subluxations but there are not many that focus on the ligaments, muscles, and neurological programming for many years by the patient that cause the subluxations to come back, hence.. momentary spinal correction and no cure of posture. Stress begins in different moments and ways. It attacks us from multiple angles, and finding its sources can be a tedious job that ends up increasing it (since stress itself becomes a problem we’re aware of, one we don’t have time to solve). And it doesn’t get any better when we’re told that the very cause of stress lies at the core of modern life: what are we supposed to do? Move out of town; start a new life in a farm? Are there any visuals or videos for correcting your posture? The instructions confused me a bit. I do a lot of aerobic exercise and I don’t think I can afford a professional massage. Any other suggestion for that? [End]

Thanks for posting this.. I have to admit that I was looking at NCR for the magic cure to some of my problems, but I think that when someone’s planning on inflating a balloon in your head.. it definitely deserves a second thought! I’m really sorry that you had such a terrible experience with this and I hope that you can regain your health. ... ... Hugs, ... Kokona [End]

Yes, thanks again, cross post this on the scoliosis site. Someone posted there about NCR being a cure for scoliosis. ... ... You might want to check out http://www.quantumtouch.com to see if a QT practioner can help you get your cranial bones back to where they’re supposed to be. As woo woo as it sounds, it is a powerful energy healing technique. I went to a QT practitioner for 3 months to work on my scoliosis. I had an S curve. She was able to straighten the top curve at my shoulder and I’m still working on the torqued c-curve at my waist. That’s a tougher nut to crack. Please check QT ou ...

Dr. McCarty ... ... Thanks for taking the time to respond. I still think jacking around the bones of the skull in a manner such as ncr promotes is a bad idea. I have a good comprehension of the cranial bones and the sphenoid and I know that the sphenoid/pituitary is the seat of consciousness and perception and is extremely sensitive to readjustment of any kind. Moving these bones in any way quickly and forcefully is ill advised from my point of view. [End]

I have to comment on this. I’ve had 3 ncr procedures. The first one was simply a life saver. I was in intense pain from a head injury for 12 years and 7 week. It was actually a 1/2 punch a fall onto my head which i seemed to recover from quickly, then a sporting injury that really set things out of alignment in my skull and neck. It took 180mg of morphine a day to restores some kind of quality of life, albeit much lesser. ... The torture of my life for over a decade cannot be adequately described. You cannot imagine. So i won’t try to describe the details, but i will say it was nonstop 24/7, ...
