Thanks so much for the reply. I have decided to give the charcoal a try first and see if it helps. I’ll also be looking into purchasing an enema kit today. Do you have any suggestions on dosage and method of ingestion (pills or powder) for the charcoal? Should I incorporate some psyllium husk in to help with elimination? For intensive cleansing, I’ve used up to 5 Tbsp a day of activated charcoal powder, 1 Tbsp at a time. I’ve found that Zeolite powder was also very beneficial, but it is very expensive. Psyllium husk is a great addition, but some have problems with it. Drink a lot of water when you take it. Ground flax seeds can replace it. [End]

How can we get so many carbs a day? In 100 grams of carrots for example theres only 10 grams of carbs, so I dont think with my diet im getting more than 50 grams of carbs per day. Okay just wanted to give a quick update because some people have been messaging me asking about h202, I have been taking homozon for the past week and have gotten rid of all the parasites h202 couldn’t get rid of.
