Hi everyone. I suffer from bad brain fog, dizziness when standing, racing heart, weakness, low energy, floaters in vision. I have had blood tests with nothing found. I’m only 16 and these things started happening a week after I went sober off alcohol {1 month ago} my diet was terrible, and now I eat more fruits and vegetables, cut out dairy and a lot of gluten. I just really want these things to go away and im not sure what to do!! Please help me!!!! [End]

Another seriphos question here. It’s been a month now since i took 1 pill and no improvement yet. I spoke to Julia Ross recently and asked her about her experiences with seriphos- she said she had no clue why this was happening but I need to get my pituitary function checked, so I’m going to see Dr Mariano in Monterey in June ...

Once SAM donates its methyl group to choline, in the formation of creatine, carnitine, DNA, tRNA, norepinephrine, and other compounds, it is transformed into S-adenosyl-homocysteine, (SAH). Under normal circumstances, homocysteine, in the presence of vitamin B6, vitamin B12, and folic acid (SAM’s main cofactors), will eventually be converted back into methionine, SAM, or cysteine, glutathione, and other useful substances. However, if adequate amounts of these vitamins are not present, SAM may not break down properly. As a consequence, its full benefits will not be obtained, and homocystein ...

Just spoke to my ayurvedic doctor today, he said for me about 3/4 of a teaspoon a day of high quality natural salt is a good amount, don’t know if that would be different for other people. This is approximately what I have been eating anyway and I have never felt like I needed any more than this. [End]

Hi Amber, ... ... I had the same issue with the sodium loss. I would actually puff up more then I did when I used salt. I had major issues with sodium loss. I am diagnosed with Addison’s disease as well as the sodium loss. ... ... If you find your sea salt is not working you may want to try Hawaiian Bamboo Jade Sea Salt. I have been able to stabilize my sodium since ridding my body af aluminum. ... ... To test for aldesterone is through a blood test. Marie I don’t know how much weight you put into what I say but I’m going to butt in and say I’ve felt for a long time reading your posts that you’ve been given a lot of bad advice. ... ... I don’t want this to seem like I’m minimizing what you’re going through, but I think it’s very likely you’ve never had Addison’s. If the person that diagnosed you with Addison’s is the same person that said all those symptoms are due to sodium loss (sodium loss is not a cause), I’d be very suspicious of seeing this person again. Just my (unsolicited) opinion.. [End]

I didn’t really say what I meant to say. I think Addison’s disease is something that is going to be obsolete when doctor’s have a better understanding of what we are all going through. I think you are just like the rest of us. ... ... *I don’t know why I’m double posting instead of editing. I’ll blame the brain fog. [End]

"I think what people need to achieve in order to become healthy - to actually make some changes in their health state - is not only a shift in their beliefs, but a shift in their behavior." ~ Janet Konefal, Ph.D.
