Hi ... The colon is possibly the most neglected organ in the human body. 80% of the immune system is in the colon so it is very important. Some thousands of bacteria live in the colon and maintain the colon wall. I was a bit reluctant in even taking a picture of this and wanting to share it, but I figured that a lot of people have taken pictures of the contents of their bowel movement and shared it to gain insight as to what it could be, so I thought I’d do the same. Now this wasn’t a bowel movement per se, but a passage of just mucus which I have seen before. It usually is just yellow like snot, but this time I saw a white patch of stuff that I’m not sure what it could be. I read a moment ago that mucus can also be clear or white, so maybe it’s just mucus, but I’ve also heard that candida is white ...

I have done shanka prakshalana several times and I have learned that different people do it in different ways. The one key thing is the ratio of salt to water, the idea is to make this solution the same ratio as it is in the body, if the ratio is too high or too low, your body will absorb a large amount of the sodium instead of just letting the mixture pass through. Since all people have different amounts of sodium in their bodies, the only proper way to make the solution is by tasting the sodium levels in your own body and matching this to the taste of the solution that you make. To do ...

You have a toxic putrid festering colon and most probably leaky gut and maybe parasites, and probably some yeast overgrowth. What you need to concentrate on is healing the colon. Do not dwell on parasites dwell on the putrid festering mess in the colon. Psylliun, bentonite, herbs,(swedish bitters) juicing, are all needed. Do not expect any quick relief this could take you a year or more maybe two or three if you concentrate your efforts. I believe enema dependancy has little to do with your constipation. Of course, if an enema is the only thing that makes you go, well then if you stop you’re gonna have troubles. I was extremly constipated at some point (once a week) and of course very very sick. I did several high enemas a day for monthes, sometimes as much as 4 a day, and a minimum of 2, along with very intensive cleansing through diet and herbs. Believe it or not, one day I had to stop and the next day I was going twice a day on a low fiber diet. Constipation is always the sign of a compromised digestive system, mainly p ...

The enema is doing it’s job of removing the candida fungus from your system. That is why your stools are always green or yellow instead of brown. As far as the red ring developing around your mouth. I don’t know, maybe it is an allergic reaction to the enemas. I suggest drinking a lot of water and the more the enema cleanses your body the less funny colors you’ll see in your stool. http://yeasthomemedicine.com/ ... [End]

Miss Carter, was this your first enema? Why did they put you in the knee-chest position? I have had them on my stomach, my sides and on my back, then one day in the knee-chest position. I had my first retention enema with double bardex nozzle where, believe me, after a 2 1/2 qt. or larger enema, and a well inflated nozzle like that in your rectum, you want to be in that position. Lots of disagreement on that, but from personal experience I usually have a BM once a day (which many consider ok). I think the 3 times is better, but I definitely wouldn’t do enemas that often or it will make the situation worse longer term. Instead do a thorough bowel cleanse with Psyllium, Bentonite, whatever. Hi SpiritualHeartYogi, There is no agreement on this question. I believe that the transit time that food remains in your digestive system is much more important as to how many BMs one has in a day. My preference is this, from the time you swallow your food until the time you defecate it, should be between 18 hrs and 36 hrs. I do this test by eating a half a box of frozen yellow corn (cooked, of course) with a meal. Take note of the time and watch your BMs from the next few days to see how long it takes to see the corn. Hi moontiger, Depending on your body, PB shakes can be very constipating. In fact when I go on a PB cleanse I do not have any BM so I always resort to daily enemas to have them. The Master Cleanse system require SWF because the inventor of this cleanse did not like enemas. The idea of this cleanse is to cleanse which requires have several BMs daily. The laxative tea recommended also adds to the elimination. It seems that you are somewhat blocked and would be very uncomfortable. My suggestion is for you to take several deeps (large) enemas until your large intestines are empty. For d ...

I was reading where a German clinic added a teaspoon of salt per each quart of water... I’ve been using Himalayan salt for this and it really seams to help. Apple Cider Vinegar won’t hurt you. In fact, it alkalizes your digestive system, and yeast can’t live in an alkaline environment. If you can afford it, Humaworm has an excellent candida cleanse. It does not take a lot of money if you do the right things. For a little money you can have the juicer, the bentonite, the nutritional yeast, the psyllium, and the minerals. The body is like an orchestra and every player has its part. The liver gets congested if it has to much work to do, that workload is lessened if the colon is working properly. All healing begins with the digestion and the colon. The waste removable process must improve for the liver to improve. One problem like low stomach acid can manifest itself as a congested liver. Cleaning the liver can not be done before cleaning the colon and improving digestion. Its like taking a bath in dirty water. [End]

check my first post for diet. I try to restrict certain foods completely (vinegar, sugar, bread, and high starch) and others just eat them less frequently but if you are just starting, make sure to restrict nuts, dairy including cheese, and nightshade vegetables until you fix your leaky gut as they may cause allergic reactions in some people. The link just talks about antifungal activity. It doesnt indicate how the bacteria in milk kefir can kill fungus. Bacteria in milk kefir is designed to ”inhibit” candida but not ”kill” candida. Kefir bacteria produces acids( acetic acid, lactic acid, propionic acid etcc... that is designed to inhibit candida but not kill it. Good bacteria in the gut is designed to keep candida under control or inhibit it. Hi mate, no ... Not necessarily because now the body is getting healthier is is cleaning house and releasing old stored toxins. If you were a smoker you would have nicotine stuck in your fat cells and all through your body. In Braggs book the Mircales Of Fasting, he talks about a lady who fasted for cancer. Hi BhsiahRD, just a note of caution to every one. Try not to take to many things or remedies for your BO, BB, and TMAU. You may over load your body and defeat your goal of putting your odors in remission. Remember that all that stuff that you are putting in your body is ”competing with each other” figuratively speaking. Suicide would be a weak way out, this is totally treatable mate. It will take some time so just remember that. People on this forum only look for quick fixes. Unfortunately it took some time for the body to get in this siutation and it will take some time to turn it around. Just be aware of that. Start doing some juice fasting and colon cleansing. Colonics etc. Pump in regular probriotics. If you need some more guidance PM me.. [End]

It really sounds as if you have a severe case of candida. In every person I have known with acid reflux, they have all had candida. Is your tongue coated white? Some things to try in addition to candida supplements: Eat a tablespoon of coconut oil every day, as well as Oil Pull with coconut oil a few times a day. Try saunas to sweat out the toxins. Raw garlic would help kill the bacteria causing the smell. Dr. Mercola talks about how you should chop up a clove of garlic and let it sit for ten minutes before swallowing it. One or two cloves a day should help. Also, what about a par ...

I really wish I had the solution. I had a friend with this problem, and she started taking Apple Cider Vinegar every day (don’t know the amount, sorry) and eating only raw fruits and veggies - no meat, sugar, flour, nothing ”white,” and it cured her. It took a couple of months, and she almost gave up, but it eventually worked. is to lower your fat intake. This topic comes up many times in the raw food diet. When people eat too many nuts&seeds, they get candida problems. This is because we eat so much fruit. If there is a lot of fat in the blood stream, we can’t absorb all the sugar. When fat is low -1 avocado or 5 nuts and some seeds a day- we don’t have candida issues, or infection problems. [End]

Hi mary88, First why did you take a coffee enemas? If it was for bowel cleansing then it was the wrong kind of enema. If this was for liver detoxification then you need to take a cleansing enema prior to the coffee enema. At this point I would suggest taking a cleansing enema to move out any feces. Then make sure that you have your normal 2 BMs a day. If you do not have them then take steps to correct the situation. For more info on enemas please read my blog titled ”My challenge”, link below. I used to get colonics back in the late 90’s. God are they expensive. I stopped because I was getting too much discomfort from them. For some reason, it doesn’t seem natural for anything to be put up there including water. When we use enemas, it is only a small amt of saline and won’t be as harmful, but when someone is putting gallons of water up there, could pose some problems. I would just rather eat fiber foods, take probiotics and occasional enemas. It comes out cheaper and safer. So yes, I think the colonic caused some problems for you. [End]

All that fat probably caused a sudden release of bile that pushed out debris. Remember long periods of low fat or no fat diets reduce bile production and eventually lead to liver congestion and other digestive problems. By the way, the diarrhea was probably caused by the high fat breakfast too. It will take a little time for your body to adjust and for you to determine howmuch fat you need for a healthy balanced diet. [End]

My question is, assuming the fact that parasitic infection is widespread in society today, what is the likelihood of totally eradicating the bugs and preventing reinfection? And what is the burden of accomplishing this? Or am I just at the beginning of a life long process of actively resisting these things? Thanks. [End]

Well, first off, if you do have parasites, not only might you have had an underlying condition, such as a weakened immune system, mercury, major stress, vacinations, etc., but you now have to deal with the fact that once the parasites take hold, they sort of ”turn off” the part of your immune system that detects and kills them when they enter your body. ... ... In the case of a major infestation, this saves your life because if your immune system killed and encapsulated (cysts) all the parasites at once, you would be dead, or riddled with cysts and probably operated on. ... ... That aside, YES you c ...

sd2345, ... ... I really appreciate the way that you respond to everyone so positively. Parasite cleansing is so difficult. We all need all the encouragement we can get and you offer it so well. I am too exhausted to respond with any frequency to others. Thank you. [End]

Thank you for your response and for pointing out the importance of the immune system. I suppose that since my body was burdened with mercury for so long I should expect my immune system to require proportional time to recover. Thanks. [End]

Ohh Honey boo, ... You need to let that man gooo! First ya got to focus on YOU & get yourself straight physically/mentally & then kick him to the curb! ...he is so not worthy...are you kidding me? In addition to clearing yourself of the inside stuff, try reading this book: ”What Men Won’t Tell You, but, Women Need to Know” by Bob Berkowitz! It’s in soft cover & worth its weight in GOLD! & Since men think so different than women, ya will prolly have to read it several times, or take notes of the main things to remember for quick reminders so not to revert back to old ideas of how you thought ...

Before my strongyloidiasis I could eat anything, but for the past three years my diet has been severely restricted. Vegan, gluten-free, wheat-free, barley-free, soya-free, sugar-free. Supposedly yeast-free too though I don’t think that’s technically possible. Sticking to the diet is an absolute must if I want to function at any level, and trying to reintroduce things, even gradually, has failed miserably. Have you guys found anything at all that helps? I’m in between Humaworm cleanses so I can’t do anything more about the parasites right now. [End]

Just sending some empathy your way!! I would have said going raw vegan, but after two completely strict weeks I’ve had enough. I felt great, but my candida got WAY worse all of a sudden (it really could just be due to teh humaworm), either way it is too cold to continue eating cold kale salads, especially during the holidays. ... ... I have the same strict diet though :( so harsh, especially when we should at least feel like gold eating so healthy. ... ... It seems unfair that all our health attempts are not working. ... ... I would focus on your liver. Thats all I can really say. More flushes, more st ...

Parasites damage the gut lining (leaky gut) and change the environment very radically, so the food intolerance is either from undigested foods entering the blood stream from the leaky gut or the immunity in the gut is altered so it is attacking the ’strange’ foods. ... ... You can look at improving your sIGa http://pptu.lefora.com/2011/08/20/secretory-iga-siga/ ... ... Colostrum is a fantastic immune enhancer as well as repairs gut lining - one caution is that is from cow milk, how much of milk is in colostrum? [End]

Thanks for the advice. ... I agree, it’s like being trapped in a nightmare. You turn to diet to boost your immunity and find that the so-called healthy changes just make you even more ill! ... I had a 3-month gym membership last year and I felt really great until a couple of hours post-workout, after which I was useless for the rest of the day. I never tried the sauna though, maybe that should be next on my list. ... I did ask my doctor about leaky gut, thinking that he might at least listen as long as I didn’t mention parasites, but he was completely unresponsive ~ just said that there’s no cure. ...

First of all DRINK WATER!!! Pure water will fill you up and allow you to eliminate toxins through urine, bowel movements and sweat. Try reducing the number of drinks as you progress through the cleanse. However since you are a big person a couple of extra drinks won’t hurt you, just don’t overdo it...and drink more water. [End]

I’d say that depends on what your ultimate goal is. Is weight loss a huge factor in the reason you are doing this? In this case, how many pounds would you like to lose in how short a timeframe? I would usually drink 12+ glasses when cleansing with the lemonade diet, but I wasn’t obsessing too much about weight loss. Still, I lost approximately 1 pound a day. You can also add less syrup to the concoction in the event you’d like to resume the number of glasses you consume each day and keep the calorie count low. ... [End]

Everyone is different in how much lemonade they drink. I read somewhere where there’s a ratio to body weight of how much lemonade you should intake. I’m not sure if it’s in the book. Anyway it’s really important to also drink water. ... ... I’ve done 26 cleanses and when I first started all I drank was the lemonade. Now I drink more water than lemonade, but that’s just me. ... ... Good luck on your cleanse! ... ... One thing, here’s the excerpt from the book: ... ... HOW MUCH DOES ONE DRINK? ... ... Take from six to twelve glasses of the lemonade daily during the waking period. As you get hungry just ... have anothe ...
