Plain and simple: you’re not absorbing properly your food. You’re very likely to have a condition named leaky gut, which could very well be the cause for your hypothyroidism and your adrenal fatigue. This means your digestive system is not working properly, the root cause being an unbalanced gut flora. ... May I ask how is your digestion? Any discomfort? Fatigue after meals? Bloating? Hello, I would like to ask a question about metabolic typing from a bodybuilding perspective. you may say that this is a forum about metabolic typing and not bodybuilding, and that I should go to a bodybuilding forum. However, I want to say that nowhere in bodybuilding have I ever read an explicit admission about the kind of metabolism (metabolic typing; cellular oxdation) that one should have to bodybuild, and what might happen if one does not have the right/ideal metabolism. Interesting discussion. I hope the debate persues and itsa investigated and we find out more. It is quite confusing to me, though. I remember reading about Dr. Kelly years ago. I’ve recently been interested in the Metabolic typing diet. Haven’t read about it much yet. Why was Kelly so hounded and other holistic doctors not? What is so controversial about Wolcott’s book, Lapis? I’ve got lots of Q’s. Did you mention that he is from the drug and medical industry? Something caught me there. What was it?   [End]
