I have had similar things happen to me. I went to chiropractor, massage, and nothing seemed to help. I found that it was caused by stress, and poor alignment of the body in that area caused by muscle tension. Therefore it might not be your arm but tension in your back or other part of your body. You need to pay attention to the position of your arm at all times. If you sit in a chair do you lean on the arm rests? If you ride in a car do you lean on the center console? If you rest on anything that jams the arm in the socket will cause this. When you sleep lay on your side pushing on that ar ...

About a month ago, my dad injured his back trying to push my grandfather up a very steep ramp for a doctors appointment. It leveled off after a few days, and he was still able to get around. About a week later he pushed a set of tires + wheels into the back of his car, pushed too far, and pulled something. ... ... At first he had terrible back pain, but could put weight on his feet, and stand and walk on his own two feet. PCP prescribed prednisone, and muscle relaxers. After a few days on these, the back pain went to almost none. Instead, one leg, starting below the hip, and down to his ankle b ...

I have had Mirena in close to four years. The last three years I have pretty much given in to the fact that I’m getting older and the rest of my life is going to be full of pain. This week I woke up from sleep at 6 am and the words in my head were mirena hair loss so i did a google search and low and behold that’s probably why I’ve been losing eyelashes, and more. Then I started to put a time line together and realized Mirena could be to blame for a lot of my issues. I’m looking for other people with especially ligament issues while on Mirena to legitimize my pain. ... ... Here’s my backgrou ...

Dear Emily, I’m so sorry about your battle! I am 100% sure that the IUD has upset your health. Please have it removed. I didn’t read ONE thing in your post that did NOT sound like an IUD reaction. I had horrible tendonitis issues with the IUD in. They improved almost immediately after removal. Of course, that was just one of my many issues that have needed time to resolve! ... ... I had the Mirena IUD for eighteen months. The lumbar area of my back loosened significantly and I could feel the bones moving around similar to when you are in the fairly advanced stages of pregnancy. I actually injured my back several times and pretty badly as I was trying to exercise as if my hormone levels were normal. i had to stop taking yoga because even though I had practiced for years, my back couldn’t tolerate it. Prior to this, I had never had any back injuries. Not one. I had the IUD taken out three weeks ago. I lost a size in the first two weeks. My back is still a mess f ...

My wife has very similar issues and has tried so many different therapies meds etc. Now she told me she found a spray (all natural) that has really helped her neck and other areas of her body that are subject to inflammation and pain. I have the bottle here, it’s called NATEUCA don’t ask me to pronounce it. I just googled it to and there seems to be a lot of positive emails and talk from other people. Humm. So if you try it good luck. Think I’ll try hers for my feet ( gout). [End]

Will look into NATEUCA. ... ... Have tried Penetrex for a week, but it didn’t appear to work for her chronic, shifting neck pain. It shifts from the sides of the neck muscles to the base of the neck/skull. Sometimes, it feels like it’s in the c-spine itself also. Was originally attracted to the MSM/DMSO2 in the penetrex for dermal penetration, but it didn’t yield any results that affected pain levels. ... ... Finally was able to convince her to visit an acupuncture place and I could attend the session as well. He, the acupuncturist, did some strange things, but did mention Rife, Gerson, and other t ...

Hello, ... It seems like when you turn your head and yawn; your esophagus gets shifted a bit. This puts pressure on it and constricts it. The esophagus does have some range of movement laterally in your neck, so this isn’t really too serious of a problem. If you can manually pop it back into place than that is good. Maybe if you can go a while without this happening, more connective tissue will form to hold your esophagus into place better. ... Hope this help you! ... ... ... _____________________ ... Since it’s summer time I thought I’d share this with you guys: ... ... I tried clearogen cause I saw it on a couple beauty blog/vlogs and it was non-prescription too so I thought I’d give it a shot. It worked incredibly well for me and if any of you out there are looking for a newer or better regimen, then give it a go! It’s summer and having clear skin (not just on your face-- back too!) is definitely a confident booster. The timing is also perfect cause they’re having a summer challenge and everyone gets a discount and you might even get it for free! Check out their facebook page for the deal!

Hi, ... I am a natural product nut and I found a soap that really helps control my skin challenges. It’s made with tea tree oil, lavender and peppermint. The soap lathers like no other I have used and the smell is between clinical and herbal. I love the fragrance. I also have psoriasis and it has cleared since using this soap. I figure I am going to use soap anyway, so why not something that helps with acne and my psorasis. Hope you find this helpful. Oh yeah it’s called RESTORZ at http://mybluedolphinsoap.com I found out about it on one of these threads last year and so I am passing it forward.
