My getting sick story is similar to yours, but my getting well experience is different. I nearly died in 2002. The critters infecting me flourish regardless of what I eat. The doctor won’t prescribe enough albendazole to do much of anything except make them a little uncomfortable and cause some migration. Although raw foods are the probably the healthiest foods available, nothing will help someone that is too far gone, simply because digestion is too weak and pathogens will keep surviving whatever you do. The best way out of it is to give the digestive and immune systems a rest from all that digestion that requires energy and distracts the body from fighting the critters. [End]

Probably the main concern is the high iGa which is a fuzzy sign - which means it can be a couple of different things, I would suspect parasites as being a cause - tests for parasites are notoriously inaccurate according to many professionals - http://patrickrambling-pb.blogspot.com/2012/12/lessons-from-parasites.html ... ... When I received the bottle, it told me to take 1 ML under my tongue 1-2 times per day. I later contacted the company and they recommended I up the dosage to 3-4 times per day considering my condition. Protein is important for the body in many ways. It is not good to call a person ”AN IDIOT” because they have different views to you, pokermaniac. I would tend to disagree with your view that ”everybody needs 0.8 grams of protein per kilo”, this is like saying ”everybody needs short hair or they are an idiot”. Some folks do really well on low protein, some on moderate and some on high. After treating many thousands of candida patients for over twenty years, I have found NO evidence that keeping protein intake under 10 percent has any beneficial effect on reducing candida. Yea. I haven’t tried Magnesium oxide for over 2 yrs. Last time i tried it i had very shallow breathing when i woke up in the middle of the night. The GAPS diet was the only thing that helped my son until we discovered another issue that he had and fixed that. He went off GAPS for a month in January, but now we are back on because it is clear that his candida was not cleared up, just subdued. Now we are using the GAPS diet with the McCombs’ plan (See Ask the Candida Expert forum). I think the McCombs’ plan diet doesn’t work as well for us as the GAPS. But the undeclyenic acid helps to clear the candida with less die off symptoms, I think. The sauerkraut from the GAPS diet gives our son terrible die off so we are going to leave it out ... An update on my son. We discovered that vitamin C to bowel tolerance, or almost to bowel tolerance keeps my son’s symptoms (depression from candida) under complete control, but only if he takes the vitamin C every 2 or 3 hours throughout the day. So now because of this we have been able to increase the sauerkraut gradually over the last 2 weeks and now he is eating over a cup a day and feeling good most of the time. Make sure the warm place is really warm enough. I grow yogurt from capsules now and then, and looked up the growing habits of probiotics - most of them like temperatures above 90 and below 110. The warm place you were setting the experiment may not have been that warm if it was just someplace in your house? I use a yogurt maker that controls the temp, if that helps. [End]

i made nut kefir with udos probiotic and it works. i got it from a refrigerater caps smell like yogurt. it contains milk has maltodextrin but i have learned most all do even if it isn’t listed, any refrigerated milk containing probiotic will work i tried 2 vegan one’s and no go! mt capra makes a goat probiotic i wana try but its getting hot out side, also i worry about amazon they never list if its refrigerated by them or requires it, i bet they dont refrigerate it yuk!
