Plain and simple: you’re not absorbing properly your food. You’re very likely to have a condition named leaky gut, which could very well be the cause for your hypothyroidism and your adrenal fatigue. This means your digestive system is not working properly, the root cause being an unbalanced gut flora. ... May I ask how is your digestion? Any discomfort? Fatigue after meals? Bloating? Your symptoms suggest that you may have a common autoimmune problem, Celiac Disease. There is no cure for this except strictly avoiding gluten in wheat, barley, rye. There are medical tests of blood and feces and endoscopic biopsies for diagnosis. See the information pages at www.Celiac.com. Some people who for some reason don’t have the lab tests just start a strict gluten free diet. Common case is mercury from amalgam fillings. Other possibility is infection (like root canals). All those toxins are really hard on your total body and immune system, and cause various troubles (like candida, allergy, fatigue, etc.) But if you try to tackle the symptoms one by one is like running in circles. I am on my last week of humaworm cleanse and I haven’t lost any weight. I did get a little constipated this last week, but my energy was alot better. I usually have low energy, so it must have taken a load off somehow. Maybe the parasites were zapping my energy. My husband and I both are on it and I’ve been on others with no results. We will continue to use humaworm at least a couple of times a year. I am very thin also and do not like using products that may cause weight loss.   [End]

One thing you might consider is colon hydrotherapy (a colonic). Most cities (large and small) have this available. They insert a tube in your butt and pump water in and out, which helps dissolve some of the fecal matter that has caked up on the colon walls over the years and also helps to get rid of any blockages. I was getting this done because of a liver flush I was doing, not becuase I thought I had any bowel or colon problems. However, I found out that I do in fact have colon/intestine problems. Most of the food coming out was undigested, which it shouldn’t have been. Therefore my body ...   [retrieve this message]

One thing I am in the process of doing is testing my stool to see how my digestion is. You have to collect stool samples over three days and then send it to a lab in ... N.C. I am not underweight but I guess a lot of people who have a problem digesting food are. I certainly do like to eat. I like to cook also, so for me to weigh around 100 - 105 was not making sense. I have had candida for years and thought that was the reason I was too thin. One day I was buying water at a water store and they were displaying a brochure about a product on their counter. I started asking questions about the product and got some brochures and a small booklet. Somehow, I was drawn to this product without knowing much at all about it. If people are severly under weight, you should read Patient Cure thyself by garden of life founder...forget his name. Dr. Rubin I think. If his story sounds like you, you should get his ”Primal Defense product”. It will help to maintain digestion and get rid of parasites. If parasites are bad enough, you should take parasite herbs from kroeger or clark. kefir will be helpful too. dairies in the US are dangerous and can add to your problem because of pasteurization processes, antibiotics, and steroids. Then I stopped and started taking it again when id felt better and I got a really bad flu. I never had it so bad in my life. I had to take a bath to stop me from throwing up. I have problems with being too thin and can’t gain weight to save my life! I am 115 pounds and about 5ft 10.
