Hi David - Unfortunately most MD’s are useless for diagnosing and treating AF because it’s not part of the allopathic medical paradigm. For example they usually recommend the blood test for diagnosing that condition, rather than the saliva test which is far more sensitive and accurate. Be sure you find one who has a track record for treating AF successfully, because a lot of ND’s are not trained well to treat this condition. ... ... NO CONTACT is the first rule of recovery from toxic relationships. Especially in cases of sociopathic behaviors and abuse, the source targets (or, victims) feel the need to make the toxic person hear and understand what they’ve experienced. The harsh truth is that the spath doesn’t care, didn’t care, and never will "care." They don’t. And, they won’t. Hi Craig, ... ... I totally agree with the idea of processing through the original trauma/s that caused the AF to begin with. I will also add that for most people suffering with AF you have the physically weakened adrenals and parasympathetic nervous system to rebuild as well. All the supplements can be helpful but none will be the magic bullet we have all searched for. As a healer I have found that you can actually directly energize the adrenals by placing your hands over them. Sounds out of the box and crazy but I have seen it work for myself personally. [End]

Thanks. I had my histamine levels checked and luckily they are normal (at least one thing on me is!). I definitely think adrenaline is involved, since it goes hand in hand with AF. I just got tested for Pyroluria and should have the results today, I hope. What I can figure out is, why my AF/palps get worse lately after I eat. I’ve been skipping lunch because I don’t want the racing heart to get worse. And then like clockwork every night, I wake up between 1 and 3 with the racing heart, anxiety attack, etc. I’m sure my Cortisol is in the toilet too. [End]

Not sure how it can be a food intolerance thing since I eat different things at each meal. That would mean I am intolerant to nearly every food. For me, I think it’s worse after meals because I have a hiatal hernia and I think there’s already so little room in my stomach from the hernia pushing up into it and then I add food and that only make the problem 10 times worse. Then the already stressed stomach puts more pressure on the vagus nerve which is the thing overreacting and causing the heart palps, racing heart, nausea, etc. [End]

Hello all, ... ... Forgive me if this has been brought up before. I couldn’t really find any information in the DNR System. I am wondering if anyone has tried it with any success or none at all. Any experiences would be great. If you are unfamiliar, I am speaking of the Dynamic Neural Retraining System designed by Annie Hopper. She holds three day seminars and the system is also available on DVD now. I have read/watched Anny amazing testimonials on her site, of course and on YouTube. But I am hoping to hear from anyone who isn’t affiliated. ... ... Thank you for any help in advance! [End]

I got gang raped when I was 11. I remember it as if it was yesterday. The leader of the gang forced to give him oral, the rest taking turns masturbating me and giving me anal sex. It was the worst experience of my life. They came back a few months later and i tried to run away but they had guns. Another horrible experience. I share my dorm in college with a gay guy. I got to be really good friends and after a few months, we went to a party. A few weeks later he confessed to raping me at the party while I was drunk. I let it slide. I have a slightly different approach in that I believe that the main issue is about your personal insecurities or self-esteem issue. To be successful in love and life, one needs to have an unshakeable belief in the self. People with a good self-image may not like rejection in love, but at least they will look for a BETTER man: it is not a disaster. With a low self-esteem rejection in love may mean disaster and confirmation of one’s low self-image and aggravate the emotional upheaval further. As you improve your self-image, so will you improve the choice of your partner! ... ... ... ...

Dear souls, please take 5-10 mg of an over the counter adrenal hormone, DHEA, if you experience anxiety. If you feel better in 20 minutes, you have adrenal collapse/adrenal insufficiency. DHEA is depleted by stress, loud noise, sugar, caffeine, nicotine; and the adrenals are fed by mineral salts like kelp and good fats and oils like a good ribeye steak and olive oil.
