When dealing with strong emotional ups and downs that keep me awake, I find nothing works as well as prayer in the name of Jesus Christ. Of course, creeds may vary in this page and I’m by no means imposing but really EFT has not been as effective as pouring my heart out to God. It really does help to be your own psychologist. Talk out loud about your feelings to yourself, you will realize how silly and thwarting they are, and you will ”let it go”. [End]

From my experience working with others, the ”korny” setup phrase is one of the most important parts of EFT. The ones who resist using it tend to be the ones with the greatest self-acceptance issues and need to use the setup phrase the most. [End]

EFT has been a great help to me as well, mostly because I feel that it distracts my mind and body from whatever it is I am stressing over at that moment. Having to think about the tapping, feeling the taps, and saying things out loud makes me have to think about something else (it’s not that easy to THINK and TALK at the same time.) ... ... I definitely want to check out the faster EFT, as it would probably be easier to do in a public setting- like in the car or in the bathroom. ... ... There’s no secret or trick to writing your own EFT statements. Figure out what feeling, pain or sensation you want to treat and then put it in the form of a setup phrase. I purchased the healing codes book and started performing the exercises primarily because of a painful right shoulder. I noticed my irritations towards others and myself lessened. I then purchased the additional program (not the q codes; not the Lt3 programs) and performed the specific healing codes exercises for a year fairly faithfully. It’s always wonderful to hear from people that they’ve tried it and it works. I remember that strange feeling when first using it. (edit:)*The biggest obstacle to getting comfortable with it might even be a sense of ’worthiness’. (which might be a great way for someone to start tapping: on all those weird feelings/thoughts/certianties about why ”it won’t work”, etc.) So often, we cover up an inner sense of lack with resistence. I’ve used the Biotuner along with EFT. Good results, the EFT helped me a bit more than the Biotuner though. The 7.83 hz setting #3 seemed to be the most relaxing for me. Your mileage may vary. As an energy worker I use several other modalities as well for anxiety relief, QT, QE, Reiki,etc. [End]

EFT works fantastically well once you get the language/approach that works for you. Personally I’d spend more time drilling down deeper in your EFT practice, finding alternative approaches, etc than spending time and money on various devices. ... ... Eft works very fast on certain things, and others take more time and multiple approaches. The most basic and important thing is to face your pain, fears, etc head on and really feel them strongly when you’re tapping on them. And then tap on specific events/memories involving those pains/fears, and tap on other problems that you can think of that ...

I have found having someone sitting with you or even on the phone makes a huge difference in how quickly and how deeply your sessions go. The presence of a tapping buddy will be better than any machine. I can do more in one hour with a partner than I can in a weeks by myself. [End]

I’ve been using and teaching EFT successfully for over 8 years. It works about 95% of the time for me and the other folks I’ve worked with. Even the sceptical ones. I don’t know about the tapping stuff, but for me (female), I have used apple cider vinegar externally and internally and had great results. I had 5 genital warts. I put the ACV on a cotton facial cleaning pad and put it ”down there” and went to bed. The first night wasn’t too bad, but it did burn. After that, it burned like fire and I could not leave it on all night because I could not sleep. But, a few nights doing that, then taking a break for a few nights, then again. Three of the warts just disappeared. I still have two more to deal with, but just haven’t tackled it again yet. ...

My ex-hubby gave me 7 gw, and I did ACV too, sounds like my story, almost! but it was like causing damage to nearby tissues. The ACV had gotten rid of 3 totally, I had seven. Now, I have the bottom part of 2 warts, and 2 whole warts. My HPV test, 3 years ago,was negative, btw. Did a viral cleanse with MMS, which I plan to repeat, and no outbreaks at all. Thank the Lord! ... So, now, I read that banana peels, organic and ripe, put on for 14 hours at a time, for 10 days (or however long it takes, right) got rid of warts. ... Oh, they are ALL gone, the physicians assistant said, at the STD clinic...no insurance, so I went to the ”street clinic”. organic ACV burned like the dickens, but I learned to put it on small portions of cotton, so it didn’t affect so much of the area. ... I can confirm the vinegar method. I just used generic vinegar. ... My warts were on my thumb. ... 1st, I cut away the thick skin layer of the wart to expose the living part, it bleeds a bit. ... Then cut digit off cheapo latex glove, put 4-5 drops of vinegar in, then put latex digit on my thumb. Kept it on for as much time as I could over about 3 days, refilling the digit with fresh vinegar about twice a day. ... ... My Chiropractic physician gave me cataplex G from SP and said that warts are caused and allowed in the body by lacking a single component of Vitamin B so I took it for a few weeks. Bingo. Gone. What a relief. If you just take them off they grow somewhere else. It’s not a cleanse but something missing. I don’t know what component of vite B but it was one of those in the cataplex G. I hope you go to SP (Standard Process)and order. It really does work-not overnight but over a few weeks or less. It can take up to 12 weeks for stubborn long term ones. [End]
