Yes, your body is reacting to something and causing a kind of fight-or-flight response that is messing with your circulation. You need to go for a walk to even out your parasympathetic nervous system. Drink lots of hydrating drink before and after.   [End]

The ear wax dissolvers from the drugstore are actually okay, but if you want a more natural remedy then try ear candling. Elio   [End]
    • Re: Chelation and candida. by shelleycat   9 year  1,714

Don’t start it until you get your liver and kidneys cleansed in addition to your colon. Until your liver is producing good bile and kidneys nice and prepared, it’s dangerous to try and detox metals. Be sure to continue the liver maintenenc as you chelate, including taking flax oil and lecithin 2-3x a day.   [End]

Hello, ... ... I just wanted to reaffirm what Shelly said, do NOT chelate until you have your kidneys, liver and colon in shape. I did and it was NOT a pleasant experience, I was sick for weeks. ... ... Now, if I do any chelation again, I will be certain my body can handle the metals being removed. I am also high in aluminum and had a few EDTA IV’s, I haven’t had it tested since, I don’t want you to make the mistake of chelating without making sure your body can handle it. ... ... Lynn   [End]

Hi Shelleycat, ... ... I have started on a rotation of antifungals which I will keep up for about a month. it included caprylic acid, oregano oil, grapeseed extract and garlic supplements. On my first day with caprylic acid I felt fatigue, felt restless and had a little gas. These symtpoms were mild to moderate. ... ... I’m wondering is this a bad sign.
