Hi everyone. I suffer from bad brain fog, dizziness when standing, racing heart, weakness, low energy, floaters in vision. I have had blood tests with nothing found. Alchohol is a potent GABA receptor ago it’s and there are many withdrawal symtoms associated with this. All of your symptoms sound alchohol related to me. This stuff will pass you just have to give it some time. Continue eating a very healthy diet and do calming exercises such as yoga, tai chi and meditation. Also, check your blood pressure when standing as that can cause your dizziness if it drops. Your still very young and will bounce back. Yes, pancreatic enzymes are great (especially protease, during or outside meals), and even more important in my opinion would be to supplement with betaine HCL, especially with protein meals.   [End]

A good pancreatic enzyme will contain proteases, lipase and amylase - covering most all digestive issues. Upper GI is best addressed with lemon juice (citric acid). The only reason I would give betaine HCL in this case would be due to hypochlorhydria or an insufficient conversion of the pancreatic pro-enzymes to their active forms.   [End]

Candida can live in both the small and large intestine, depending on many factors, it can even live in the bladder, prostate, mouth, throat and in some folks in different parts of the stomach - depending on the level of hydrochloric acid, and in many other areas. Hey, I would return all that stuff you bought and go with the McComb’s plan. Vitamins and herbs should be taken with a very specific purpose (to get rid of candida I know, but they also need to work with your individual body and that gets more complicated). I have never done the McComb’s plan, some people have had good results others are not cured completely from it, I think it depends on how severe your candida overgrowth is. Overall, the supplements you will get with the McComb’s plan are probably much more beneficial than what you have now. I agree with Kcirla that anti-fungals are ...   [retrieve this message]

As I said, STOP the antifungals, meaning oil of oregano and garlic included. They’re also antibacterial, and the fact that natural antifungals are selective against bad fungus and bacterias is a myth. I can take a guess even though I don’t really know for sure, but as no one else is answering I can take a couple of guesses. I believe certain elements of bile have a green color which should be combined with other elements that will make it a darker color, so possibly bile is not being mixed with other essential elements and remaining green. Also, you may have a lack of beneficial bacteria lining the intestinal tract or the stool is moving through the intestine too quickly but you would most likely have diarrhea if this is the case. After years of trying to figure this out, I have concluded that 10 times out of 10, anything that makes you feel crappy fairly immediately after ingestion (within 5 minutes to an hour or 2 after ingestion) is over-toxicity from your weakened body (liver) trying to cope with the substance. Die off is almost always something that happens after you have been doing something or taking something for at least a week or 2, sometimes longer.
