    Hello, im new to the forum and this is my first post. Im posting because i need advice. I recently purchased an f165 and was going to treat myself. I used the downloaded frequencies from electroherbalism.com the FRQ files. I didn’t know i wasn’t supposed to use the f165 for long periods of time at first. After using it for about 55mins (as the file was timed for) i had terrible skin sensations like burning and cold. i woke up in the middle of the night feeling terrible. my skin was crawly and discomforting. i managed to make it to the next day and the skin sensations ceased. but now, 3 day ...   [retrieve this message]

        @musimesipomahat ... thank you for your lovely insight and encouragement! i hope that that is the situation. i wake up with a headache and feel warm sensation on the head/ears skin area. earlier today i was sitting down watching TV and sharp pain hit my back felt like a pulled muscle so i stretched it out. it seems to be ok now. my back is popping a lot so i don’t know what to think. sometimes the pain is strong on the top of my head, and also my forehead near the eyebrow. and my ears pop.   [End]

      well at 26, I’d say you might have to make some decisions w/out parents consent. I was in a similar boat and am slowly clawing my way back, for me the anti-depressants were a mixed bag so as soon as I could I got off of them. This certainly sounds like Adrenal fatigue, I would go to a naturopath because in my experience a regular dr. and even endocrinologist were completely useless. I just started taking P.S., its supposed to reduce cortisol, hard to say if it has helped yet but I haven’t had any side effects so I think its worth a shot. My parents are worried bc PS should not be combined with antidepressants and adrenals are very important (you can’t live without them, so better not mess with them). ... ...       Sounds like advanced stage of Adrenal Fatigue. I had similar symptoms but no as strong as you described. I started to wear sun glasses for the first time ( I hate glasses ). The hormon that regulated pupils’ dilation constriction is at the end of cascade (aldosterone if i remember correctly). ... ... You need an experienced doctor to guide you.         thanks, yes I know it’s pretty extreme. I was staying for one week in a hospital ward for depression and they were telling me to wear sunglasses and that it happens with depression (they put every single sign of exhaustion down to depression, I didn’t agree). If you have to sit in the dark, while you’d prefer to DO something, really something is not right and it’s NOT bc of depression. ... Lol, I’m a little frustrated. ... ...       Hi Jussie - I agree with the earlier suggestions that you need to see a Naturopathic Doctor, and get the saliva test for adrenal fatigue. I recommend my doctor. Her name is Rose Mary Camren, and she is a Doctor of Natural Medicine. She recovered from a very severe case of adrenal fatigue many years ago, before she became a doctor. She also helped me recover from a very severe case of adrenal fatigue starting 19 years ago.       Could there be an underlying cause or contributing factor involved in the various symptoms? ... ...       Two things I would recommend: Colloidal Silver and oregano oil. Utopia Silver is a really good brand. They also have a CS generator that you can buy to make CS at home.       If it’s true you’re both dyeing and their not seeming to be able to do any thing for you then get out of there. Both of you. If you can get finances, gather as much as you can and find a spot you can stay at. If not and you’re both broke then get out of there, find bottled water that has no flouride in it.       I’m so sorry for what you are going through. ... Other people have been in your shoes and have found their way back to health. ... ... I had extremely severe candida last year along with mold problems. My immune system became severely depressed which is why I became susceptible. I could not even drink a sip of lemon water without feeling die-off.         Sounds like he maybe suffering from severe case of candida and toxic effects of the alchohol from the fungus, You need to treat yourself with some strong anti fungals like Diflucan and amophotercin B , go and see a dr and get a prescription for some systemic drugs you will notice a difference within days. ... ...           Water dehydrated me also, stay ... ed in and out of hospital due to dehydration. If you think about it, what does mold/fungus need to grow...moisture. So more than likely it is just soaking up the water, but you have to keep drinking it unfortunately until you can get the antifungal medication. I would not recommend the water fasting for a week.       Absolutely, just like a sprain. You have sprained the soft tissue in your costal region. But unlike a sprain in the ankle, which you keep from using until you are healed, you constantly have to use your torso. There is no way to keep it immobilized unless you had a full on body cast. So you keep spraining that area all the time, just walking, stretching, turning in a chair, picking something up......there’s no way for it to fully heal. ... ...           There is nothing a doctor can do to treat it except give you meds. I’ve heard of people doing absolutely gruesome things, like getting their cartilage scrapped, and having pain things inserted in their spine. I myself was put on higher and higher doses of meds like percoset and darvoset until I was a zombie. I actually lost my job from being so loopy.
