So I had some questions because I’m going to be doing a liver flush soon and wanted to see if my case matches up with anyone elses. I’m suspecting liver problems because I had lots of chest clogging/pain/heavyness towards the end of my year+ of killing and feeding my candida infestation, and my fungal colonies seem to be in a stasis where I can’t get rid of them. I know that if a liver is overburdended or full of stones, you can’t finish the job, so I’m hoping that my hunch is right and that a liver flush will do the trick to get things moving again. ... ... Gupta was one of the first things I tried, naturally, since we have similar views on this being mind based. He seems to be sincere but he is not cured and nobody on his program will be cured. I’m sure of it. ... ... You have to go a lot deeper than just eliminating stressful thoughts and reactions in the moment to be cured. I see the biggest value of his program to be learning self awareness. Constantly checking on yourself is SO important to limit internal stress. You don’t need to pay $200 to practice self awareness though. [End]

Maybe a month? I have to be honest with you man, I’ve never heard of someone being fully cured or been convinced of those that claim they are. I believe I will be the first. I’m not trying to discourage you but to keep you from wasting time and money. It’s the same reason why I was warning people about this NB program. I just see where the path goes and it’s a circle. I know it’s unfair of me to tell people to wait until I’m finished since everyone wants to be free of this by yesterday. I should be done and have a (free) blog up with everything I know within the next few months. [End]

Yeah, well Gupta himself says to stick with it for a minimum of 6 months. All avenues must be covered. Diet, Sleep, Mental, Supplements, etc. My take on it, is that my anxiety caused me to get into this state. Fixing the anxiety alone will result in at least 50% recovery. The remainder is diet, and sleep. His model makes a ton of since, plus it’s got a 6 month money back guarantee. What do I have to lose, at a minimum it will help me quiet my mind, shut off my SNS, and that is worth the $190 , IMHO [End]

I agree with a lot of what he says, just a few things I don’t. It will help you learn mindfulness if that’s what you’re looking for. On the other side, it trains you to disconnect from your body. That is the opposite of what you want to do. When you combine not feeling your body and lowering stress, you don’t feel the symptoms as much. This shouldn’t be mistaken as healing though. Focus on the mindfulness and meditation aspects of it is what I’d recommend. [End]

Yeah. The way I look at it is this.. I am treating the cause of my AF, but in doing that it’s not necessarily the ”cure”, as we know that with AF it’s usually a pretty interesting situation with all the weird reactions, tolerance of supplements, sleep issues, etc. I think his model makes more sense to me than anything else I have found. Trauma is stored deep within the brain. Techniques like deep breathing and meditation are great for calming down, but don’t work on re-training the brain. I believe that if you don’t re-train your thinking, you will never, ever get better. This is one way ...

Hi, ... I’m withdrawing from ADHD meds after realizing that I’ve had Adrenal Fatigue for many years. I’ve been quite overmedicated for many psychiatric problems such as depression, ADHD and anxiety. I suffered a major breakdown two years ago which nearly cost me my life. My recovery seemed very rapid and successful since then until I tried to stop all the meds I was on. ... I got extremely depressed when I stopped taking Ritalin. I had no interest in anything whatsoever, no motivation, no energy which is partially due to AF itself and the stimulants withdrawl. Unfortunately I was getting worse ...

People don’t come out and say that they have AF because they don’t know what AF is. Sadly, the conventional medical community has refused to accept it as a real condition. They see it as either your adrenals are working, overworking (cushings disease) or they aren’t at all (addison’s disease). I think that everyone is missing the point that you can not separate mental illness and AF. They are one in the same. HPA Axis dis regulation, that is the root of all depression, bipolar, ect. ect. and is the cause of adrenal fatigue. And it all stems from too much inflammation in the brain and body. Inflammation messes with your brains ability to make connections to send the signals it needs. It is not your adrenal glands but the signaling of your brain to the adrenal gland. Your brain asking for too much or too little cortisol because it is dis-regulated. It is essentially all in our hea ...

I agree I think that the answers are much simpler than we get frenzied into believing. Although I don’t think the treatment is cut and dry. Ya, I could agree with u that many illnesses have their own roots and require their own solutions. THOUGH... when a body heels itself (when particular conditions like Proper healthy diet are met) it does NOT heal itself Selectively (be it high cholesterol or arthritis or other things).. it heals itself as a COMPLEX. And a Complex of things should work together to get the DESIRED result - to be Healthy! Among them - preferably organic, no GMO, raw (cabbage based) salads and greens (at least 51% raw, more is better), meat in moderations (IF ANY) and organic (and antibiotic and hormone free) ...

You’ll probably need to aim for higher calories than that, but that’s a good start. I explain that I have Nonalchoholic fatty liver disease and a vegetable based diet allowed me to reverse horrible fungal infections, and bad colitis. People understand. They get how the normal diet is getting us loads of health problems. I regret saying I had ”candida” before because it was just a result of my poor nutrition and then this low carb and high fat plan...It is epidemic. Poor diet is leading to all of the symptoms you mention in my friend’s coworkers, my best friend who refuses to relate her #fibromyalgia”, rectal bleeding, colitis, and yeast infections. [End]

The number 1 place in the world you could take your son is the Environmental Health Center Dallas ”EHCD” dr William Rea is the best in the world for this kind of problem. I suffer from very severe MCS & I would go there if I could afford it. Phone consultation with dr Rea aren’t that much at all.
