I had my last of 3 amalgams removed two weeks ago and my head has been so spacey it’s been unreal to me. I am tired and lethargic. I have CFS since 2006 (actually longer but it put me in and out of bed for months during that time). I eat a high raw fruit and greens diet, which has been a life saver for the last 3 years. I am recently learning about the Cutler chelating therapy, should I discontinue any use of chlorella or cilantro? I love to put cilantro in salsa and in green juice. I am so confused after coming upon this information about the backfiring of these items. I know i”ve ...

Hello. Well my adrenally fatigued pal, I started with a low dose. This is, when I did my first coffee enema, the coffee looked like very dirty water, not like real coffee. Now, most of days I make enemas with an opaque liquid, like real coffee. So I started with like 1 tbsp for quart and now I am using around 2-3 tablespoons for quart. I think its wise to start with less coffee and steadily increase. I havent felt that coffee enemas worse my adrenal fatigue like drinking coffee does, which make me go f***ing crazy, they motivate me and other times makes me feel like detoxing, thats all. I wouldn’t touch the coconut bread. I had some coconut bread and it fed my candida like you wouldn’t believe. Reason, the eggs added to the bread. High sulphur and not good for the candida. The same can be said of the Buckwheat bread which isn’t a wheat. That to had eggs added to it. Trying to cut back on sugar in your diet is a nightmare. I’m sorry, but I can’t agree with you for 100 % . Silver/amalgam fillings are indeed toxic also, but you got to have about 10 of them before they can cause trouble( unless one’s allergic) Composite ( plastic) fillings leak much more and much easier then amalgams. Scienitst already working on safer materials but you know how it is with scienc’; it goes very slow. Ceramic fillings are glued with the same material/adhesive onto the tooth. Ceramics are also harmful, but as I said before, proper protocol and rubberdam. I think your wifes dentist was to generous with the adhesive. Honestly prevention is the best key to success. Anything you put in your mouth will have some sort of adverse reaction in some form(although most are so minor and insignificant science would consider them almost nothing.)
