LDN covers the receptors and allows the immune system to rest for a few hours each night or early morning. It should be taken at 9 in the evening as at that time the immune system can rest and repair. While the receptors are blocked and resting it builds the chemicals it will use to work the next day. True, a dedicated circuit would be ideal. In fact, local regulations might require one. - UK Sources for supplements and herbs?
by chardy

Hi guys, ... Im interesting in finding cheaper sources for some of the supplements I take as I cant stand having to buy things at Holland and Barratt. In the US things like ascorbic acid (vit C) even in buffered forms is very, very cheap! But over here you cant get it for anything. Does anyone have any good places they go to get cheaper supplements? ... ... I use nutricentre, food for living and goodness direct often. The Kefir Shop is very good for kefir (obv) and some dried herbs. I also ebay from the US. I think they really do get much better food supplements over there. ... ... Any ideas? ... Thanks!

Compared to desktop, I don’t have a lot of laptop experience. Where I worked, IBM Thinkpads were once approved for various internal missions. They eventually took on the nickname - Stinkpad, this the result of frequent quirks, glitches, breakdowns necessitating repair, coupled with the difficulty in locating an IBM-approved third-party repair depot. At the same time, as long as one was nice & gentle to their Thinkpad, it generally did what it was intended to do. I had opportunity to participate in a special mission, and SONY laptops were acquired for this, from the Vaio line. As far as be ...

In the US, Vista is here already (Staples, Tiger Direct, etc.), but I wouldn’t trust so soon (needs high-end hardware and is probably too tech-delicate/sensitive). If you want something that’s easy to understand and use, but affordable, maybe you could check ebay or something for a used macbook. Simple, easy ... it just works. Hi! ... You can purchase Colonix online from DrNatura. They have a UK branch, and it will be delivered to you within 2-3 business days. It’s a good program, I tried it, and it worked for me. I just finished the 3 month cleanse, and I can tell a big difference. It does what it claims. I am really happy that I took it. Ok, all the best to you. [End]
